Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg city center where you will find Devoldfabrikken with outlet stores, café, and artisans. There is electric car charging. Proximity to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

Langevåg offers a disc golf course and great hiking trails in beautiful nature. From Langevåg there is a speedboat to Ålesund. The apartment has an open kitchen solution, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and a private sauna. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle and has everything else you usually need.

Here you can enjoy the sunrise that reflects in the lake in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. The house consists of 3 full floors. First floor has 2 bedrooms and bathroom/laundry room. Living room/kitchen and toilet on the 2nd floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Outside the living room you have access to a large south-facing balcony with lounge furniture and dining furniture. Gas grill and pizza oven can also be used. To the west there are beautiful views of the sea and the islets. Here you also have access to an outdoor living room that is nice to sit in in the evening ☀️

Peaceful and cozy apartment on the 1st floor in a semi-detached house. Rural yet close to Ålesund and Moa Shopping Center. Proximity to nice hiking areas and to the lake. By car to: Ålesund city center 20 min Moa Shopping Center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This takes about 10 minutes. Then you will arrive right in the city center of Ålesund without a car.
