Carport with EV charger and parking spaces. From the door you can walk to, among other things, Sulafjellet, Mausavatnet, Solavågsfjellet and down into the lake. 15 min walk to the beach. Short driving distance to Moa or Devoldfabrikken.

Kitchen with multi stove, induction plate top, coffee maker and kettle. Refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher. Good sofa, which can be an extra bed for a child. Optionally, a gate bed can be inserted. New tiled bathroom with black touches. Wardrobe/qualkin. Nice outdoor area with garden furniture, and park down to water. Gapahuk with fire pit can be rented.

Large single dwelling, 50m from the seaside

This special place is close to everything. Large single-family home from 2016, located 50 meters from the sea. Short distance to Ålesund city centre, short way to great Sukkertoppen, short way to Tueneset and Atlanterhavsparken. Access the sea just outside the front door. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from our spacious porch, or walk down to the sea. Great fishing areas right in front of the house. Lovely Ålesund is only 10 minutes away from the accommodation. Strandafjellet ski center is about 1 hour by car.

High standard, central location

I've travelled a lot in work and leisure. My goal for this apartment is to provide what I wanted myself while travelling and give my guests the best stay possible. The apartment will contain everything you need either if you are on work or vacation. If you miss something, tell me, and I'll provide it right away. Since I live in the apartment when it's not rented, when you book I will need time to get the apartment ready, so if you're booking in very short notice, you might need to wait a bit.

The house consists of 3 full floors. First floor have 2 bedrooms and bathroom/laundry room. Living room/kitchen and toilet on the 2nd floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Outside the living room you have access to a large south-facing balcony with lounge furniture and dining furniture. Gas grill and pizza oven can also be used. To the west there are lovely views of the sea and the islets. Here you also have access to the outdoor living room which is nice to sit in at night ☀️

Velkommen til en moderne leilighet med nydelig utsikt! Leiligheten er fra 2016 og er en innbydende 4-roms med sentral og attraktiv beliggenhet på Hessa, kun fem minutter fra Ålesund sentrum. Det er tre soverom i leiligheten og alle er utstyrt med dobbelsenger. Leiligheten ligger i gåavstand til Sukkertoppen og et steinkast fra sjøen. Leiligheten har god standard på innredning og utstyr. Det er meget gode WIFI-fasiliteter i leiligheten, samt to TV-er der begge er utstyrt med Apple-TV

The dormitory has terraces, with furniture and electric grill Parking outside, 400m to supermarket and the bus. 400m to a great hiking area with paths by the water and to Sulafjellet. Short car trip to several groomed hiking trails on Sulafjellet. 12 minutes by car to Moa shopping center and 8 minutes by car to Langevåg with several shops and Devold Outlet and ferryboat to the center of Ålesund

Newer semi-detached house near nice hiking areas, sports area.

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet beliggende tett på Vasset idrettspark. Nært badeplass og kort vei til fjell og internasjonal discgolf bane. Utestuen har skyvedør i front som kan åpnes helt. Alle møbler i utestuen er beregnet for utendørsbruk. I utestuen er det også utstyr i kommoden. Det er gassgrill og bålpanne tilgjengelig for bruk.
