Super great accommodation with breathtaking views! The jacuzzi and the free ferry to Leknes gave our stay the perfect finishing touch. In addition, the Airbnb is very cozy/lovingly furnished and fantastically equipped, including numerous board games and children's toys. We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon - everything from useful hiking suggestions, quick to bring us anything we needed, to a magical hotpot experience! We couldn't have asked for more out of our stay of from Venise and Gaby. The location was perfect for accessing the less known hiking spots but still with those spectacular views, as well as being close to the ferry so it was easy to hop over to Volda. It was peaceful and we loved the views over the water, and we made good use of the fireplace for cozy evenings. Don't be put off by the road near by, there is very infrequent cars so you hardly hear anything at all!

Wonderful and unique property in a stunningly beautiful natural landscape. We wish we could have stayed longer to spend more time here. Easily the best lodging of our trip and likely the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. All of the various indoor/ outdoor areas at the property are awesome. And we were very lucky with weather and only one rainy day. It is quite steep/ many steps up and down between the main house, cabin, and boat house with additional lounge areas down by the water so may not be for everyone. Toril and her husband were also so gracious to show us all around the property at check in, even a bit later than expected. This place was very special and would love to stay there again some day!

The accommodation was very cozy, quiet and secluded, just as we imagined it. The amenities were great and everything you needed was there. A huge advantage was the charging station for electric cars. Bottolf was a very good host and gave us a few tips for excursion destinations in the area. We would definitely recommend the place.

Our stay was very nice. The tiny house delivers what it promises and we felt very comfortable. The house is very nicely decorated and very clean. There is everything you need. The location is also very nice, quiet and in a great environment. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book again at any time.

We loved staying here! The house was the perfect size and so cozy. The view was amazing and the proximity to hikes and Runde island to see the puffins were perfect. Check in was easy and the host is very responsive and helpful. It had everything you needed and felt like being at home, If home was overlooking a fjord and mountains! Would definitely stay here again I absolutely loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Irenegaarden and would love to come again. Lauvsted is an adventurous place, it is easy to use the ferry to and from Volda. The house is cozy furnished, especially we enjoyed the covered terrace and sauna. In the house is everything you might need, otherwise Frode comes with things that you didn't even know you were missing. Lauvsted and surrounding area are more beautiful than beautiful and offer all kinds of nature experiences. Frode and Silje are the perfect hosts and some totally exceptionally welcoming and friendly people.

We had an amazing stay at an amazing Norwegian farmhouse with hiking nearby and floating saunas on the fjord in Sæbo. Very central to take ferries wherever you want to go. We highly recommend staying here!

A charming guesthouse located in a peaceful area. It is perfect for families as there is plenty of space for children to play at, and many options for a scenic walk or nearby trip. Einar is also a nice host and easy to communicate with. We hope to come back and we recommend this place!

We recently stayed at Terje’s charming farmhouse in Norway’s Hjørundfjord, and it was a special experience. The farmhouse blends old-world charm with modern amenities and offers breathtaking views of the fjord. The house is equipped with all modern comforts, including a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a big-screen smart TV, an outdoor hot tub, and comfortable beds to accommodate a large group. Two ferry ports a short drive from the farmhouse offer free rides to Ålesund, the roadless village of Trandal, and other destinations. Terje was exceptionally hospitable, providing great recommendations for local hiking activities and promptly responding to all our inquiries. He went above and beyond to make our stay at the farmhouse exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

It was quiet and well-equipped with everything, so I was able to stay comfortably. We will use it again next time.

Monica and Ivar are great hosts. they are very welcoming and helpful. The stay is very nice and cozy and with all the amenities. There is a bus stand just right outside the house and it takes only 15 minutes to go to Alesund central. The view from the house is also a bonus.

Helge’s place is beautiful in a great location. Great communication and answered all our questions promptly. Perfect place to stay if you want to be near the center and rest at home.

Really enjoyed the apartment, everything was clean and nice. There were some issues with the net while we were there, but it should be fixed quickly according to Synnøve. Would love to stay there again, if we come back to town another time.
