You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

Geschirrspülmaschine und Mikrowelle.

Diese besondere Unterkunft befindet sich in einer denkmalgeschützten Villa in 1. Reihe am Pfaffenteich direkt im Zentrum von Schwerin. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Seen befinden sich ganz in der Nähe und sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde im Juni 2023 neu eingerichtet und bietet 2 Schlafzimmer und ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Seeblick. Im Treppenhaus befindet sich ein Balkon, von dem aus man die Sonnenuntergänge am Pfaffenteich genießen kann.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Auf dem Hof steht ein Parkplatz für PKW zur Verfügung, für größere Fahrzeuge wird es zu eng. Die Demmlerstraße befindet sich im historischen Altstadtkern, zur Schweriner City oder zum Schweriner Schloß ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg (ca. 15 min.)
