Situated in a calm neighborhood of the picturesque village Sumartin, this studio apartment is ideal for a restful stay. It offers accommodation for four people. There is one king-size bed and one bunk bed. In addition, you have a small kitchen and a dining area in the room. The studio includes also one bathroom with shower. There is a common sitting area so you can enjoy your family dinner outside. If you like BBQ you can take advantage of our fireplace and have fun with your family/friends.

Villa Vicko, is a real delight!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vicko. The villa was spotless and well equipped with a beautiful pool and surrounding gardens. We woke each morning to find that the host had kindly cleaned the outside area so that he pool area and outdoor bbq were immaculate. Srdjan was very friendly and swiftly responded to any questions that we had. The check in process was quick and simple. Sumartin is a beautiful village with restaurants and stunning beaches nearby. I would highly recommend Villa Vicko and hope to return in the future.

Very nice cottage for 2 people. Inside there is everything you might need. There should be even fewer kitchen utensils to have more space for their own belongings. The A/C was definitely an added value. Outside it was really beautiful with the pool, terrace, the showers, especially the ones at the back of the cottage, and of course the view of the village, the sea, the islands and mainland. The gravel road to it is not always obvious even with a car, but it worked. Nearby are nice coves and there are a few good restaurants in the village, as well as a bakery and supermarket. Once on site, all communication was via Karmen, who gave us the key and was always available for further questions.

Beach Villa with heated Pool (Pool Level)

We felt very comfortable and had an acquaintance with us, who had the house as a completely separate mind. This had a bit clouded our vacation. But Helena can't do anything about it. Then we were lucky that the sister of the owner was there, with whom we got along great. The cleanliness is also great. I pay a lot of attention to that. That was perfect without a hitch. The area is very quiet in early June, was ok for us. There is own wine made in the house, delicious. The supermarkets are incredibly expensive, and feel free to take your drinks with them. In the end I can say it was just wonderfully beautiful.

Great ottoman!That's what I was looking for coziness and few people. Quiet and peaceful place. It is very difficult to find such a place in the season!The sea is close, a small beach,but there is a shower with fresh water. The host is open for communication,pleasant and helps with a favorite question. Everything matches the photos,clean and tidy.

The Airbnb looks even better than in the pictures! The place is beautifully decorated with a modern new kitchen and 2 bathrooms and is perfect for 4 people with 2 large bedrooms. We loved the patio that has a nice sea view and the beach is literally 10m away. Zorana was also super responsive and helpful. Would def stay here again!

We as a family with three children enjoyed staying at Sladana's place very much. The two kitchens are very well equipped and nothing was missing in the other rooms. Particularly beautiful is the large terrace upstairs. Up there, a large awning that provides shade would still be helpful and maybe a small table to be able to leave drinks. Otherwise everything was great. The location is nice and quiet and not as crowded with tourists as other places in Croatia. Beautiful beaches nearby.

Sumartin is the right choice for family vacations, there are many nice beaches, possibilities for cycling, walking and water sports nearby. The place itself has a good selection of restaurants and grocery stores. The rented house was a good choice between location, space options and price. The landlord was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for the pleasant stay!
