Holiday rentals with lake access in Sumida City

Our two-week stay at Eric’s Airbnb in Tokyo was phenomenal! The house was exactly as described, spotlessly clean on arrival, and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen had a great selection of utensils, ideal for cooking. The shower, toilets, and AC were modern and reliable, and the beds were so comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. Located in a charming residential area, it’s a 5–10-min walk to subway stations, with central Tokyo and attractions like Shibuya just 20–30 min away. Convenience stores are 5 min on foot, and an Uber to the airport took only 30 min. Perfect for up to 4 adults by American standards, the space felt cozy yet spacious. Eric’s communication was outstanding, with clear, detailed instructions making our stay seamless. We’d highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Tokyo and can’t wait to return! 我們到的時候河邊上的櫻花正是盛開，超級美麗，能在房子裏看到美景。我們離開時，是落櫻的時候，風吹時差一點點就像櫻吹雪，美的不得了。 附近有很多小商店，食店也很不錯，要去市中心開車也很方便。房子沒有店停車庫，但附近的收費停車場也不貴，一整天也不到1000日元。 房子也很乾淨，沒有多餘的雜物，地點也很易意尋找，我最喜歡就是二樓的吊椅，坐在那裏看櫻花，不用跟別人搶位置，很是舒心。

Host was very accommodating and communicative. Allowed me to drop my luggage off early and greeted me with the upmost energy. Always willing to go out their way to make sure the stay went well

This place is an excellent value. I had the entire second floor to myself, which includes a bedroom, living room, balcony, and toilet. The second floor living space was nicer, cleaner, and more spacious than the photos showed. I was initially concerned about the neighborhood being further out from the center, but it's actually in a great location less than a 20 minute bike ride away from cool areas like Kichijoji, Koenji, and Shimokitazawa. I liked that the neighborhood had a quiet, local feel to it, and has a large, beautiful park nearby. Shu is a great host who was attentive to my needs. He let me borrow a bike, which came in handy for exploring. The only things to be aware of are that the Wifi is slow/nearly unusable, and there's a slight smoking smell. I'm usually very sensitive to the smell of smoke, but I just aired out the windows during the day and it wasn't a problem for me. Overall, I was fully satisfied with my stay and you can't do better for the price. Thanks Shu!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was perfect for us and we loved the Kichijoji neighborhood. So close to the train station and easy to get around, endless shops and restaurants to check out within walking distance. We especially loved being close to Inokashira Park, a calm and beautiful oasis during our stay in Tokyo! Thank you!

I loved this place, located just a couple of stops north of Kyoto Station. It was perfect for the three of us and spotlessly clean. Our host kindly let us drop off our bags before check-in, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to do some research before heading out. There's a small kitchen on the first floor, along with a cozy lobby and a washing machine. I highly recommend this place for families of three. I must say, it had the largest and cleanest bathroom we encountered during our trip. To top it all off, the location is fantastic—right across from the Imperial Palace.

Eric is a nice host and he provided a comfortable room. I highly recommend his airbnb because of the supplies that are available in the hotel and the peaceful streets.

This is easily one of my most favorite neighborhoods in the area and the accommodations were amazing! The home was clean and beautiful! Fantastic blend of traditional and modern. Great area that puts you within walking distance of Asakusa, while being on the quiet side of the Sumida River. Top notch all the way around!

We loved our stay here. Yes, the train tracks are right outside, but they are very upfront about this and even provide ear plugs. Personally, it wasn’t an issue for us and by the end of our stay didn’t even notice. The building itself is in a very nice area with lots of shops and a beautiful park nearby. The hosts are also very responsive. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!

房东回复消息和解决入住时遇到的问题都非常及时，沟通整体非常顺畅。这个预定的room是位于整栋建筑的三层，三个卧室，其中一间卧室还是日式装修风格，带来非常特殊的体验感。厨房做轻食也很方便。浴室和两个独立厕所的卫生以及设置的维护成度都很棒，能看的出平时的用心维护。洗衣房外的阳台晾晒衣服很方便，洗衣机也很干净。下楼楼道略窄，但我猜这是日本核心地段街区房屋建造的共性？楼下可以步行至押上站，旁边就是晴空塔，在附近的salamachi购物也很方便，基本可以满足一般日常生活的所有需求。唯一可能的短板就是临着一条主街，晚上偶尔会有摩托车非常快速的经过，对于有幼儿和老人的这种需要优质睡眠质量的群体可能体验感差了一些。其他方面真的都非常棒！非常推荐。尤其是你在乎装修风格，卫生质量，设施配置的话。
