Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Summit County

This is a lovely, spacious home. It has 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. There’s a heated ski room in the garage. We loved cooking in the kitchen and never felt on top of each other. After a full day of skiing we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. Then a family dinner around the large table. Afterwards, sat on the couches with the gas fireplace on, sharing favorite memories with each other. This was a great way to celebrate family birthdays!

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

I was able to completely relax every night that I came home from work sit back enjoy a fire cook a nice meal. It was a wonderful place to be. I actually wouldn’t mind going there someday to just relax and hang out and kind of vacation. Wonderful place to stay I cannot express in words. What a wonderful time I had and what a great host Gary was place is awesome. Highly recommended.

Big Slice of Heaven in Breckenridge. Our family just adored Sarah’s place. We travel a lot and have been to some incredible places, this one was by far the BEST. My husband, a man of very few words, kept walking around telling me how fantastic he thought the place was. Our extended family and little grandchildren had the best time playing games, doing puzzles, playing in the snow and swimming in the hot tub. The kitchen is a dream and outfitted better than my own. I have every Williams Sonoma gadget available. Sarah provided all that and in duplicate. What an awesome place! Enjoy the view—it’s heavenly

Our stay with Amy was incredible! She was a lovely host meeting us when we arrived and showed us around. The views are breathtaking! No, literally! This place is nearly at 10,000 feet altitude! I would recommend spending a day taking it easy if you're not used to it. Every inch of this home is spotless and well taken care of! iIts try rare to find an Airbnb that is so clean. Amy's thoughtful touches provide everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Our favorite was the steam shower which was heaven after a long day of activities in the surrounding areas. This stay was the highlight of our trip and it certainly will be for your trip too. I hope to stay again some day!

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

Sweet little condo right on the river. No one was in the surrounding condos so it was very quiet. Mikel and Steph were very responsive. Great visit!

This is a Gem 💎 very close to Breckenridge ski resort,it felt like we were in a winter wonderland,Teresa is wonderful host,very professional and proactive and made our stay so much better. We def will come back next year for our winter vacation.

Prime location for any solo travelers or couples visiting the Breckenridge area. The house is simultaneously tucked away and private while still being walking distance to everything. Would book again!

Nick's place is beautiful! Very clean. A great view of the mountain range. Very quiet neighbors and neighborhood. If you are looking for a great place to chill but still be close to some great bars/restaurants, this is the place!

Walkable, clean, quiet and on the bus route. What more could you ask for ? As someone who used to live in the same neighborhood in years past it was a delight to spend time reminiscing while also being a very short walk to town but outside the hustle and bustle of it all. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for convince while also wanting to be in a less busy area of Breck. Very responsive hosts.

We had a very comfortable 1 month stay while working remotely. The condo had everything we needed and the wi-fi was reliable and fast. The views from the condo are beautiful! There are hiking trails around the lake right across the street. Great location! Ski resorts. restaurants, and shopping are a short drive away. Mandy was a fantastic host.

We are so pleased that we found this condo. It was a quick trip up to see a concert and this place did not disappoint. Rose was in communication before time ensuring we had all the necessary information, from parking, to access, parking pass...etc Their place was super clean and very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it was very well stocked with all the tools needed to cook and provides an Air fryer.. The view of Dillon Reservoir out the window was beautiful. We sat on deck that night and watched the full moon glimmer on the water. Please don't overlook this place when looking for a place to stay in Dillon. V*B Underwood

This place was an absolute dream. Great location and beautiful views. Our host was great at communicating and answering questions. We felt right at home. 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind each day after visiting the shops and restaurants in Frisco and surrounding towns. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek below while watching the hummingbirds fly by and the aspen tree leaves blowing in the wind. It was a very comfortable home away from home with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bathroom with two sinks—a lovely condo that met all our needs. The hosts were always quick with their communication and so kind. From seeing a moose on Main Street a block from the condo on the evening we checked in to the double rainbow over Main Street on our last night, it was a wonderful vacation. We would love to return again in the future and would definitely stay at this same condo. After all, it was our home away from home.

What a great place to stay for a quick little staycation. we were happy to find out that that condo was in the center of the village and made cruising around and grabbing a bite to eat all that much easier. The condo was better than expected with everything we could have wanted. it was like our own personal apartment for the weekend. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we are in Keystone. Thanks for such a great experience.

Great condo, especially close to Keystone and A-basin. A shuttle took us directly to Keystone which was very convenient. My family and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna after a day on the slopes. The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the necessities as well as thoughtful extras. Highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice and roomy place that is modern. Clean, well organized with access to a hot tub and a pool. Quite and safe neighborhood. Alyce is wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again. A couple things to note, hallway to the condo is very run down. Bathroom and kitchen are modern but some of the furniture is old and dated
