If you are looking for quaint, quiet getaway, this is your place! It’s cozy and the stars at night are beautiful! The neighbors are friendly and the local restaurant, Riverside, has tasty food and live music. It is near the River, so there is kayaking, hiking, fishing and biking nearby for those adventurous travelers as well!

What a great place. As an airbnb host myself, I’m picky about my stays. Laurie communicated well from the moment we inquired about pets and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Even made sure we had access to bikes and kayaks. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the screened back porch was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. At times it was so quiet we could hear the bees buzzing outside the screen. We even enjoyed daily visits from a hummingbird. Huge laundry/storage space gave extra room to store coolers and other bulky travel items. Plenty of towels too. An all around great location. It’s our second time staying in Floral City and there are two places we always stop- Sleepy Hollow (only 1/2 mile away with great shrimp from the food truck- beer, wine and seltzers only) and the Side Bar (downtown Inverness- short drive, full bar, great staff and delicious pizza.) We’ll be back!

Sandpiper is a beautiful home away from home. We visited the Villages to attend my father’s 85th Birthday celebration and party. The Sandpiper is beautifully decorated and the coffee station was so convenient and needed for all the family activities leading up to the party. This two bedroom property was spacious for the 6 of us and very convenient to get to the squares like Saltgrass and Brownwood and grocery stores like Publix. And once Eastport opens you’ll be right there in minutes. The manager owners were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend Sandpiper to anyone visiting the Villages.

We had a wonderful stay at this great place in a fantastic location within The Villages. It was very comfortable and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The value was excellent for our family, and we truly enjoyed the local pools, restaurants, and the wide variety of activities available nearby. Great location to just stay at, but also has lots to do nearby. Springs, beaches, wildlife, photography and all that Orlando has to offer including Disney. Far enough away to seem a world apart but close enough to not seem isolated. Place is comfortable and well designed for a couple or a family. Stores nearby for shopping. Restaurants that are decent. We enjoyed the several springs within an hour and a half radius. Also enjoyed the quiet surroundings. Great place. Great location.

I felt completely at home! Blinds and curtains provided ideal privacy, letting me comfortably relax in pajamas. The home is quiet, exceptionally built, and luxuriously detailed.

Catherine's place was wonderful. My wife and I don't eat out, I cook all the meals at home; the kitchen was fully equiped to prepare meals easily. The furniture, especially the two recliners, were very comfortable to relax. The place is nicely decorated without clutter. Cathy was very responsive to our requests, and clear and helpful with instructions. A great host for sure! Very nice place. My wife and I recommended.

1000 words isnt enough . so warming and relaxing home. so much to do. book at least 10 days 7 is not enough . u will have memories that will draw you back. . This home exceeds any home i ever rented. around every bend on the golf cart paths you will find anouther bend of fun that goes on and on.... if u are craving a fast food for a quick bite to eat, where else can u go thru drive thru on a golf cart !

We had a wonderful 5-night stay! Trina’s home was beautifully furnished + well equipped: solid, quality furniture; soft blankets for cozy comfort; plentiful towels for shower, kitchen and pool; fabulous closet/storage space; bountiful plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery; clean, easily accessible washer and dryer; and a generous stock of toiletries (dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Location was fantastic — just steps from a family pool + a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter for morning coffee, dinner, or ice cream + a stroll on the dock. Extra kudos for connecting us with David’s Villages Golf Cart Rental upon reservation. Our rented golf cart was waiting for us in the garage when we arrived + was picked up the morning of our departure — white glove service that allowed us to focus on our vacation. Trina was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. We highly recommend + would love to return!

This Villa is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home. It was absolutely spotless too! The screened Lanai is so comfortable with paddle fans and coverage for any weather. We loved using the golf cart, this was one of the best we have used with extra features most don't have. The location of this Villa is perfect as it is easy to get to Lake Sumter or Spanish Springs. Matt was very responsive to any question I had, check in was flexible and he even left us some delicious homemade cookies! What a thoughtful gesture! Don't hesitate to book this home, you will not be sorry. We can't wait to return!

A perfect little piece of paradise! Super clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The kids loved fishing and seeing the deer across the canal. Would 100% book this great little place again!

If you love nature this stay is perfect for you. Next to the river, kayaks on the property, outdoor movie screen and projector, little tree house, tons of hammocks and two fireplace. Also they have two rv which is perfect for larger groups. Amazing host and cute dogs.

We are so happy we chose Dardens cabin as our spot to reset and relax. We work a lot and rarely get a chance to take time for ourselves and we were definitely due. My favorite part was being able to sit in the screened in patio, read a book and enjoy the beautiful nature outside while my boyfriend cooked on the grill. This place did exactly what we needed it to do and would definitely come back again.

We had such a peaceful and memorable time staying on this beautiful piece of land. Our group of 4 adults and 1 child stayed in the RV, which was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — but what really made this stay special was the property itself. Waking up to the sounds of nature, feeding the animals, and being surrounded by open land felt like the perfect reset. The little furry friends were such a highlight, especially for the little one in our group. It was heartwarming to be able to interact with them, feed them, and just enjoy their presence throughout our stay. Evenings by the campfire were peaceful and grounding — just sitting under the stars, talking, and enjoying the quiet. It’s not often you find a place that offers this kind of connection to both nature and stillness. The location is great too — tucked away, but still close enough to springs, trails, and even some fun attractions if you're up for a short drive. The host was friendly and made sure we felt welcome.

We loved our stay at Kayleigh’s cabin, the property is beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of birds and a small trail through the woods. Feeding Henry the donkey carrots was such a treat, he’s the sweetest. The chickens, horse and cow were also so fun to meet. This is a perfect cabin weekend getaway. Thank you Kayleigh!

We have rented with airbnb before, and from start to finish this property was head and shoulders above the other properties we’ve stayed at. The attention to detail and extra supplies that were stocked in the home made our stay sooo much easier and more comfortable! From laundry soap, to zip lock bags and toilet paper, we didn’t have to worry about any of the “extras”! That was a huge perk and was so impressive to our family. Another great touch was that the couch and beds were extremely comfortable and all of the bedding/sheets were so soft! We felt like they shopped for their home, rather than a “rental”. The hosts were awesome- very responsive and helpful with any questions we had along the way. The house is very well kept and comes with plenty of organization and storage. We would 100% rent from Daniel & Lauren again. Thanks for a smooth and comfortable stay!
