OMG Dilyara's home definitely make you feel like a home away from home. It was our 8 year old son's birthday and he wanted it to just be me, dad, and himself we had such a beautiful quiet time. we wanted to use the pool but because of the rain storm it cause us not to use the pool and Dilyara made it right. which means she is definitely a honest person. we had such a beautiful time her home was beautiful. We will be calling on her for the next time we need a break to get away.

Open and spacious layout, in a quiet neighborhood nice park walking distance. We were out for spring training for Padres which was 20mins away which was fine for us. We didn’t request pool heated before going but realized once there that 55deg was a bit chilly. Eric and Amy were very quick to respond and start the heater remotely and the kids were able to swim the next day. Great experience, going home relaxed.

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

Here for Spring Training 2025. Clean, comfortable, nice update of this small Sun City home. Had all great amenities. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms clean and nice. Liked the cable TV. Great spot for one or two people, or two couples, but not a family. Would definitely rent again. Not much night life in retirement community, and not super walkable. Had to drive out to malls for restaurants, etc. Grocery store nearby, which is convenient. It’s on a main drag, but street noise tolerable. There is a really bright street light out front, so bring a blindfold for sleeping.

This is such a great house!! The layout was perfect for our needs, and the pool was a huge bonus for our grandkids to come over and play in. We appreciated all of the extra little touches found around the home. Charity was so easy to community with and she was super accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. We will definitely put this home on our favorites list and return again.

The location of Carol and Bob’s place was a perfect distance for all the things we needed. Upon our arrival to the gated complex we found our parking spot and lower level apartment. We had all the essential for our stay. It was nice to have coffee in house and a washer and dryer. Very nice pool area with a grill area. We didn’t get to use the pool as much as we would have liked because our stay was short. Overall very nice place to stay!
