One of the features of the house is a turret where the very quiet bedroom is located, which is accessed by a comfortable internal staircase but without a railing. The house is bright, equipped with two airs, one overlooking an internal courtyard and the other on a street with little traffic. Private outdoor space. Parking in the area.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Located on the first floor of a two-family house, in a quiet position in the historic center of Suna, among the characteristic cobbled streets. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, beaches. There are paid and free parking lots nearby, as well as charging stations for electric cars. A 5-minute walk away, ample free parking (used-market area). Walking along the lake you embark for trips on the lake.

We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed every moment. The property is very unique. It is a detached apartment on a lot of a huge historic vila. We loved the most the terrace with the lake and garden view. Having breakfast and watching the lake was unforgettable There was a wedding one night and we can not say that we felt the noise at all The hosts were very nice and welcoming, they invited us to a family hosted event with BBQ and music

The contact with Marco was wonderful, he responds quickly and was available throughout the stay with advice and assistance. He and his children charmingly welcomed us in their beautiful apartment. The apartment is super equipped: beds, kitchen and bathroom - everything is tip-top! People who like to cook are happy about an exquisitely equipped kitchen. We were also able to supply ourselves with fresh herbs from Marcos' balcony garden. The air conditioning did a very good job with the temperatures. The location in the old town of Intra makes it possible to get everywhere on foot and to get around without a car. The ice cream parlor Gelatomania is a must-visit on a walk! It cost us a few pounds! All in all, super nice and fun contact, wonderful accommodation in a charming town. We will be happy to come back!

Tiziana is one of the best hosts we have ever had! Since booking till departure she has been a delight, helpful and friendly. She even went out of her way to provide us an additional bicycle and child seat so we could all enjoy a lovely bike ride. The apartment has everything you need, even a welcome basket with some items for our first breakfast :) Beds are very comfy and all you need walking distance. We will definitely come here again on our next visit to Pallanza. Thank you for everything Tiziana!

We had a fabulous 5 night stay in this beautiful house. The views from the terrace’s & balconies over Lake Maggiore were sublime. The kitchen was superbly kitted out, allowing us cook meals. The pool & pool house are the knock-out parts to this lovely house. One cool addition was the car turntable at the bottom of the drive. The restaurants in Suna are a 20min downhill walk. Very pretty village on the lake. Pallanza was gorgeous… Highly recommend a stay here! We celebrated two birthdays whilst we were here. A trip filled with lots of special memories.

It was nice to stay in Antonella's cottage. Anything you need is present. The house was sparkling clean. Quietly located. Outside on the terrace or in the garden it is easy to keep out. It's great that the ferry and the boulevard are within walking distance. We can recommend a stay in the house.
