Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sundbyberg

Erg leuk huisje. Rustig gelegen. Hertjes kijken door het raam naar binnen. Op wandelafstand van de metro (en winkels). Vlakbij een supermarkt. Hoewel wij direct na aankomst met de metro boodschappen deden bij het station. Alles was aanwezig, ook een föhn. Efficiënt ingericht. Slaapkamer is niet zo ruim (zoals te zien is op de foto's) maar voor ons was dat geen enkel probleem. De ramen zijn goed te verduisteren. Lena (host) gaf ons tips en reageerde snel op berichten. Een zeer fijne plek om Stockholm te ontdekken.

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

Perfect summer house to escape city life! Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, relaxing lifestyle. The hosts, Jack and Maria, are incredibly warm and welcoming. Their small dog adds even more charm. They were generous and helpful—solving issues like extra mattresses, showing us how to use the sauna, offering fresh vegetables from their garden, and even helping when we had trouble getting back to the cabin. The location is convenient: you can take a bus to Orminge Centrum (with Systembolaget, Willy’s, etc.), and the SL ferry is just 700m away, taking you to Slussen or Vaxholm. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Best for people who want to enjoy cabin life and take it slow.🥰 My mistake: I had my family stay here but planned daily trips to Stockholm, which made them tired. Also, with lots of luggage, Bolt rides were costly and hard to book. It’s not that close to the city—either take 3 buses (~1 hr) or walk 700m to the ferry (~1 hr total), with limited schedules.

My daughter and I had a short but Fun stay in the cute little house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house had everything we needed to stay comfortable and cook. We used the bikes to see some of the countryside and make use of the bike routes. Matthias was very accommodating and friendly. We had the fortune to meet the whole family :) Highly recommended

Deze prachtige woning is echt een aanrader! Het ligt op een rustige plek net buiten de stad, maar is met het openbaar vervoer of met de elektrische stepjes die overal te vinden zijn, heel goed bereikbaar. Mattias reageert heel snel en we hebben meerdere tips die hij gaf opgevolgd. We zouden zeker terugkomen!

Wir kamen auf Empfehlung unseres Sohnes in diese schöne Unterkunft und haben uns dort gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check in klappte hervorragend und alles war genau beschrieben und mit Fotos erklärt. Das Häuschen ist perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet- es fehlt an nichts! Wer nach einem Besuch in der City Ruhe, Erholung und Natur sucht, ist hier bestens untergebracht. Wir waren nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs- das war kein Problem Dank einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung. Auch im Garten in Wassernähe kann man es sich richtig gemütlich machen und den tollen Blick genießen. Kajsa und Jesper sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber, mit denen wir einen sehr netten Kontakt hatten. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Stockholm sind , kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses tolle Haus zurück!

We spent a lovely couple of days here. The house was clean and well equipped. Susanne was very welcoming and quick to respond to messages. We have family live nearby so would definitely look to stay here again.

This was a very nice place to spend four nights in Stockholm. It was a short two minute walk to the bus stop, five minutes on the bus to the train station, and three stops to the center of the city. Levi was a very accommodating host.

Stefan ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Bei wichtigen Fragen war er immer sehr schnell behilflich. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden. Obwohl sich die Unterkunft am Rande von Stockholm befindet, ist das wegen der guten Anbindung (Bus & Bahn) kein Problem. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich auch nur wenige Meter vom Appartement entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce logement. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Le quartier est très calme et proche du Strawberry Arena. Il est rapidement accessible en transport en commun depuis Stockholm. Liam est gentil et très réactif. Je vous le recommande !

The perfect spot for our planned road trip. The apartment is spacious, nice and cozy, situated in a quite and peaceful neighborhood! It's also really good located, with train station and other services nearby. Maria has been a great host, providing useful info. She has also been attentive in case of questions/requests from us. Overall it's been a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Everything was as described and even though there is no staff, all the instructions are clear and someone always answered via chat.They allowed us to check-in early. The room is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is well equipped (cooking oil,spices,tea,coffee and sharp knives). We stayed for 5 nights and this is not a hotel where someone will clean your room, change the towels or bring toilet paper when you use up the 2 rolls that are there, but more like an apartment where you take care of your own needs. Supermarkets are a 10min and the metro a 15min walk from the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and nothing special. The hotel is right next to a logistics center and our windows overlooked the goods reception with exhaust pipes humming non-stop. I guess that's why there are earplugs by the bed, but I had my own and slept like a baby. My boyfriend, who doesn't use earplugs, says the humming didn't bother him. We took an Uber from Arlanda and the driver had no problem finding the hotel.

Miriam and her son are very kind and friendly. They waited for us for a long time since we had some accident happened on the way to her place. Her son picked us up from the metro’s station which means a lot to us. The apartment is new and clean. Highly recommend.

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Very cute apartment. Well furnished. Close to the train station and bus stop. Spacious. Way better in person than what it looks like in the pictures. Close to a supermarket. Mall accessible by bus which is 20 minutes away on the bus. Walk from the station to the apartment took us about 15 minutes with our luggage because it’s going uphill. We had a great stay! Would love to come back here someday. Thank you Karl-Christer

Great place to stay and cool offbeat location by the waterside and marina. Felt very welcome. Friendly hosts. Good access to the metro with frequent departures to central Stockholm. Slightly noisy from 1st floor and highway, but only with the windows open.

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place.
