Äppelviken one of the most preferred living areas in Stockholm. Close to the city, sea, nature. A very nice quiet area. We live upstairs in our villa and are happy to rent our basement/ground floor with bedroom, own entrance, free parking, wifi, laptop, WC, shower (sauna - only in wintern, pls pre-book). A small kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge, water boiler. Pls note there is no stove. You reach Stockholm City within 20 -25 min with bus/tram/metro. A nice garden where you can relax.
