There are extra mattresses, as well as a guest house and sauna building with an extra shower and toilet. Fiber-optic internet is available, which makes it also ideal for working from here. A plot close to nature with a lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a boat (3.5 HP) for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. A lovely 4.5-km running loop around Björsund. Large patio with a grill and ping-pong table.

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

A relatively new (2021), air-conditioned cabin , located only 11Km from Eskilstuna, in a peaceful wooded area, a short walk from Sundbyholm's trotting track. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy our nice pool and patios in three different places. Eat your breakfast in the glass house or outside in the morning sun. On cool or windy evenings, you can cozy up with a wood-fired stove in the glass house. The pool is always 29 degrees Celsius and the outdoor shower has hot water. The pool and outdoor shower are open May - September. The bedrooms are upstairs and you who rent must be able to go up and down a steep staircase.
