A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

As a self-catering house with a well-equipped kitchen, the "Alte Heuboden" invites you to linger. A shared dormitory on the upper floor features three double alcoves, two single alcoves, and two comfortable sofa beds. Accessible sleeping options on the ground floor in the shared kitchen. It's still really dark here at night, so you can see the Milky Way.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und offen geschnitten. Im Winter ist es besonders schön, nach einem Ausflug nach Rügen oder Usedom das Kaminfeuer zu genießen. Abends lohnt es sich bei klarem Himmel, nach draußen zu gehen und die Sterne in der tiefen Dunkelheit zu bewundern.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
