Ein kleines abgeschlossenes Einraum - Apartment im Herzen der Altstadt von Stralsund. Mit eigenem Eingang und integrierter kleiner Küche , einem Bad mit Dusche und WC. Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett. Selbstverständlich sind alle Räume einschließlich des Flures alleinig zu nutzen. Parkmöglichkeit auf Anfrage. Der Bahnhof und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Diese wären: Altstadt, Ozeaneum, Meeresmuseum, Hafen, Kirchen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vieles mehr.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Winter-Special: Eisbaden im Schwimmteich bei 2 Grad Wassertemperatur 🥶. Die Alte Försterei liegt mitten in der Natur am Waldrand - ideal zum Ruhe-Genießen und Zu-sich-Kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und offen geschnitten. Im Winter ist es besonders schön, nach einem Ausflug nach Rügen oder Usedom das Kaminfeuer zu genießen. Abends lohnt es sich bei klarem Himmel, nach draußen zu gehen und die Sterne in der tiefen Dunkelheit zu bewundern.

About the apartment: own entrance, hall, complete new living kitchen, shower bathroom, living room, car parking spot.

Cozy sunny two-room apartment in the green, invite you to relax. Public transport to get into town as well as a bike path, everything is possible. The nature reserve overlooks the magnificent views of the island of Rügen. Rare herbs and plants can be discovered here. Sights such as the Ozeaneum and our old town are popular places. About 400 meters away is a beach with a small pier.

The vacation home Makrele, an old fisherman's house from 1877, is located in Stahlbrode right in front of the island of Rügen. The house offers plenty of space to relax with the beautiful old garden and numerous fruit trees.
