The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und offen geschnitten. Im Winter ist es besonders schön, nach einem Ausflug nach Rügen oder Usedom das Kaminfeuer zu genießen. Abends lohnt es sich bei klarem Himmel, nach draußen zu gehen und die Sterne in der tiefen Dunkelheit zu bewundern.

The nature reserve overlooks the magnificent views of the island of Rügen. Rare herbs and plants can be discovered here. Sights such as the Ozeaneum and our old town are popular places. About 400 meters away is a beach with a small pier.

The house offers plenty of space to relax with the beautiful old garden and numerous fruit trees. In the countryside, surrounded by nature reserves and only 5 minutes from the water, it is the perfect place to find rest and relaxation.
