This house is 100 meter from a lake where you can swim and you have your private sauna directly by the lake. 1 km from the house to the opposite site, you can find the ocean with a beach. The place is 25 min from the town of Sundsvall by car. You can hire a two bicycles for an extra price of 200 kr and bycicle to the nearby siteseeing places such as the fisher village Skatan, the white guide restaurant and ocean walk Lörudden, the beach camping with minigolf Björköfjärden or Juniskär. Hi! I am often out traveling for work and find it sad that the apartment is empty when I am not at home. That's why I rent it out when I'm away. It is a pleasant and well-planned studio apartment with a comfortable 160 bed, separate kitchen and a quiet location even though everything in central Sundsvall is just around the corner. Enjoy 55" UHD TV in the evening on the couch with a movie, easy to connect your computer or mobile phone. Towels and clean sheets are provided.

Vi hyr ut vårt hus i centrala Sundsvall. Huset är ett parhus på en lugn gata, med en stor lekpark och utegym som närmsta bakgård. En promenad till stadskärnan tar drygt 10 minuter. Goda bussförbindelser ett stenkast bort. Huset har 4 sovrum fördelat på tre mindre med 90/120 sängar och ett större med en 180-säng. Badrum med dusch på båda plan. Bastu i badrummet på nedervåningen. Fiberanslutet. Elbilsladdare. Uteplats med gasolgrill. Huset är redo för inflytt.

Bäckarängs farm

In northern Hälsingland, Bäckarängs gård has its roots in the 18th century. A comfortable and fresh holiday home with proximity to Hassela Ski Resort as well as winter fishing and snowmobile tours. The accommodation has comfortable double beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with tumble dryer in the house's basement. The easiest way to get here is by car. On the property, there is plenty of parking, but we cannot currently offer electric car charging.

In the middle of the river Ångermanälven, on the island of Svanö in the High Coast, you find this cabin with a peaceful view over forest and river. The house accomodates two to four people, and is just a few minutes’ walk away from the river Ångermanälven where you can swim, paddle and relax. Perfect for your summer getaway!

The accommodation is ideal for both workers and vacationers. The property is close to some wind farms. The Torsboda industrial park can also be reached in 20 minutes. Lagfors is quiet yet close to the city and offers plenty of nature and a lake for fishing with bathing access.
