Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

For those who want to live completely uniquely in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to nature and lake. You have your own patio with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorably beautiful nature and hiking trails. You appreciate having access to nice forest trails and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show you the farm, which has been restored according to old methods. It is close to the golf course and the picturesque town of Arvika with art museums and cafés.

FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

We had the honor of welcoming guests from all over the world during these amazing years. Recently, we moved to Sunnemo, 20 kilometers south of Hagfors, next to 3 large lakes, which connect and thus become one of Värmland's largest lake collections. Do you like fishing? After a gravel road up on a mountain in the heart of the Finnish forest, you will find the tranquility of this little gem with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Welcome to our cosy guest house on the small farm "Fågeldalen" in Bäck! This exceptionally quiet cottage has been renovated with a lot of love, time and care. Due to the use of mainly local, recycled and natural materials, there are many unique details to discover. There is a private bathroom with dry toilet and warm outdoor shower and a private kitchen with everything you need. Outside there is a terrace as well as a hammock where you can relax and there are friendly lambs to pet!

It’s a magical way to experience Sweden’s wild, romantic charm.

Cozy Apartment on Easy Street, Karlstad

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

The Sculptured House is built with natural, recycled and local materials, in harmony with its surrounding nature. This calm retreat offers an inspirational experience for those who look for a stress-free environment. It has a cozy sleeping loft with nice views and you have your own dry toilet. Cosy log cabin stuga 2

This is a cosy stuga without electricity and no running water built in the traditional way. There is a woodstove to heat or prepare meals as well as a 2 ring gascooker. A sleeping loft with two single matreses who can be put together. There is a outside toilet on the premises as well as a Finnish wood heated sauna . You will have to bring your own wood for the cabin and the sauna and your own towels for the sauna.

Förland Sunnemo

Förland is a small tipi village in the wonderful Swedish nature in Sunnemo, Värmlands län. A place where simplicity and comfort come together, for those who want to enjoy nature, peace and adventure! Swim in a Swedish lake or enjoy the changing vistas in silence. Go on a moose tour in the evening dusk or build an immense campfire. There's plenty of space. Come feel welcome!
