Remodeled 500 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bath, efficiency apartment that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes to the new Allegiant Stadium. Well established neighborhood where many of the homes are on an acre. The apartment is within a private secured 1-acre compound. The private entrance faces our new pool and spa. Although the apartment is attached to the main house the service entrance separating the the two can be locked and secured from either side.

Private Studio 10-15 minutes from the Strip. It is a part of the house that we have completely cut-off from our living spaces so it is completely private for you. The area is very quiet and safe. Left side of the driveway is yours to use. The price is for 2 people, additional persons will be $10 a person. No more than 4 people. No guests you meet allowed.

Unko Kevs Hale is located in Sunrise Manor 15 minutes away from Downtown Las Vegas. This Airbnb has two bedrooms one bathroom a full kitchen, living room, dinning room, backyard with a patio. There is lots of parking space and an RV area. This house was s setup like a duplex and host does live on the property.
