The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

We had a wonderful visit! The house was easy to find and we were warmly greeted by Frances and Phil, who know all the restaurants and made great recommendations based on what we were up for. The upstairs bedroom had lots of windows, comfy chairs, with a darling little balcony to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the adjoining bathroom so close. The quiet neighborhood is walkable to downtown Pearl Street and with easy access to a park and walkway along Boulder Creek. We highly recommend their place!

Marni helped me feel right at home. I was in Boulder for work so had pretty long days, but coming back to this space was a welcome respite. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom clean and well lit with a natural sky window, and the back garden was so peaceful. It was very easy to bike to CU campus from her house too! Secure bike parking was available.
