Holiday rentals with a sauna in Sunshine Coast Regional

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation staying at Donna’s place. We had never stayed on the riverside in Maroochydore before, instead always staying opposite the beach in various Sunshine Coast locations. But after our January stay, we would happily return! Lots of nearby eateries and things to do, and the beaches are within walking distance. The apartment was well appointed with comfortable furnishings and we were really impressed with the little extras such as well stocked pantry/fridge and laundry items. It was also fantastic that beach towels were provided, as well as a beach cabana and beach cart. The complex facilities were faultless - clean and modern with a lovely pool area, huge gym and even a sauna and steam room! The view from the balcony was great! We enjoyed watching the tides come and go on the river, and could see across to Cotton Tree beach to see how busy it was down there. Overall, a very relaxing holiday, staying in comfort and serenity!

Jacqueline is a super host and her Unit space is truely accessible for an assisted wheelchair user. This is our second visit and she has always been a cheerful and positive sole who truely goes all out to support your stay. The onsite folder is full of information and instructions for all your indoor and outdoor comfort, activities and meals. Jacqueline also went the extra mile to find us some examples of local weekday entertainment such as Trivia Nights and Open mics. Our supported w/c companion, has very much enjoyed the indulgence of the recliner chair and the sea views from his bed. We noted some extra fun equipment too like yoga mats, pool noodles and a boogie board. Nearby Mooloolaba SLC has Beach Chairs for booking through the local council and there is 10 Pin Bowling within walking distance. A truely wonderful host and a one of a kind space WITH A VIEW for an assisted wheelchair user!! Thanks Jacqueline x

Beautiful apartment. Very spacious and well worth the price paid. One thing worth noting is that they do ask for a copy of your drivers licence, a selfie and permission for any visitors you may have. I did voice my concerns about these requirements and not having these things clearly explained in their listing to which they were understanding and kindly waived the requirements for us. Hopefully they remove those requirements for anyone staying as I usually find those kind of requirements a turn off and won’t book in places that request these things. Other than that everything at this apartment is amazing. Absolutely perfect location. Great view from the balcony up high on the 8th floor. Great having a secure carpark underneath the building and plenty of visitor car parking under the building also. The building has an intercom system with secure fob for entry into the building. We had an incredibly relaxing stay over the long weekend. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach right across the road—and the beautiful pools on-site offered plenty of ways to unwind, which is exactly what we did. The interiors were so comfortable that I often found myself wanting to stay indoors and relax. The main bedroom’s bed was like sleeping on a cloud—I even hoped for rainy days just to curl up with a book and enjoy it even more. Valeria was wonderfully responsive and helped us out with a minor issue that wasn’t related to the unit itself, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Excellent location! loved the sunrises from the back balcony. Pool, gym, and sauna are great bonuses. Lots of space and easy access by bus to nearby areas and even further like Noosa. Shopping mall is only a couple of blocks away and many good cafes and restaurants within an easy walk. Michelle was an amazing host and she accommodated our special request, which made it easy and comfortable for us to stay for 5 weeks and work. She was always fast to respond to any questions we had.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Peaceful, amazing views and had everything you’d need for a perfect getaway. The beds were super comfy, and it was such a great location. The apartment itself was really clean and tidy! We’d book back in a heartbeat! We loved that we could check in late at night because of flights & it was really easy to find, had the sun been shining, we’d have taken full advantage of the pool area! Make sure if you stay, you check out The Booley for coffee just down the road! So close to Mooloolaba (we even walked it in the rain!) and easy peasy to get to Sunshine Plaza too. Thanks so much to Cat and Rubes who also helped us during our stay.

We (family of 2adults and 3kids) absolutely loved our stay! We originally booked for 2 nights but ended up extending to 5 nights as we were having such an enjoyable time. The apartment and location are perfect, with the beach across the road and a pedestrian crossing right on the doorstep. The 2 pools were the perfect temperature and great for both swimmers and non swimmers. We even made use of the tennis courts for some evening fun. There are endless choices of places to eat, all Within walking distance and the local Coles is only a few minutes drive into Mooloolabah. We will certainly be returning, thank you to all of the friendly staff that made our stay so fabulous! 10/10.

Great location in Maroochydore. Water view and directly across the road from the Maroochy RSL. Big and new apartment with a great balcony. Would stay here again.

Great set out with sleeping area totally seperate from living area. Great location and close to everything we needed to access. Will return in the future.

This is a beautifully decorated apartment and was very clean. Well appointed with essential kitchen and bathroom items. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Lynda was so kind to us! She really made us feel like we were right at home. I'd recommend staying there to any of our friends and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

We had a great weekend at the tree top house. Our kids loved the house with lots to explore and we ate in every night to enjoy the beautiful views with some wine and cheese. Our family from the US enjoyed the stay making it the highlight of their Australia visit. Wim and Sam are very responsive and friendly. The house is as described but even more magical when seen in person and well located to shops, cafes and the gorgeous Peregian Beach. We will be back!

Outstanding stay! absolute brilliant find.Great hosts. House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Pool was brilliant! We used sauna and ice.tub once which was a bonus extra. Coolum beach and shops easy walking distance 15mins max. Hpuse is next to woodland which hosts all.sorts of birds which are entertaining. Thanks for having us!

As soon as you walk into this gorgeous treehouse you feel so at home. It is such a cozy space that feels very private, nicely nestled in the forest - my guests could not get enough of admiring the nature from the terrace and taking in all the sounds from the birds around the house. The interior is beautiful! we truly enjoyed the natural colours, very simplistic but very stylish look and the all the little extras like the pool, sauna, bath, fire pit added special touch to our weekend - something for everyone. The kitchen was very clean and the walk in pantry made hosting a weekend so much easier. But one of the most important things for me as an organiser of our weekend getaway - the quick replies to my messages. Whether messages on Airbnb website or text messages over the phone - it was quick and to the point. It helped me to feel confident about my stay at this property. Overall, could not speak more highly of this beautiful place - and I cannot wait to be back!! Thank you!!!

I recently stayed at Bahasa House, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the standard of renovation, furnishings and the serene atmosphere. The location is unbeatable—just 800m to a beautiful beach and only 200m from the Mount Coolum National Park entrance, making it perfect for both relaxing and adventure. The natural, chemical-free pool was a highlight that coupled with the sauna at this time of year made for a fantastic start to the days. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts have clearly considered the details to ensure guests feel welcome. There’s plenty of parking, and having the entire property to ourselves made it feel like a private retreat. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with tonnes of extras, Bahasa House is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was exactly as described (if not better), spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect and the views were incredible. Olivia was a fantastic host, very responsive, warm and respectful of our privacy, while still being available for anything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

The house is in a great location, close to the airport and surrounded by flora. It was exactly as described and clean. Michelle was a great host and super responsive to all our questions. She helped us by being flexible about the check-in and check-out times, and when we needed something she fixed it super quickly.

Mandy's place is beautiful and worked so well for our family of 9. The kids loved the pool, the birds, the deck, and all the games that were organised by age (!). Mandy and Mark are so generous and lovely and helped make our stay absolutely magical.
