Now a lonely fisherman's dream home. It's not ruined with modern-day amenities more than getting electricity in the fridge. And if needed, charged by the phone. Well, maybe an electric light can be brought here in the dark of the fall... There is an outdoor grill, and drinking water will be delivered. More can be borrowed from a neighbor. Heat is provided by a drill mat, and the sauna can be raised with a bucket of water from the lake. It's also possible to replace that ball grill with gas for use. There's a coffee maker and a microwave in the kitchen.😉

Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a log villa completed in 2022 in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and airy. Downstairs there is one bedroom and a living room/kitchen. There is also plenty of space and sleeping places in the loft. A new lakeside sauna was built at the cottage in the summer of 2026. The cottage has all the modern conveniences, and the large windows offer a magnificent lake view in two directions. It's nice to watch the northern lights and listen to the silence in the warmth of the fireplace. Welcome!

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire site and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Relax with family or friends in this peaceful place to stay. A cottage on Rahkasarantie, completed in late 2023. Peaceful but central location. Pass tracks and bike trails leave almost at the door. About 800m to the ski slope. Downstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, plus a loft and a pull-out sofa. TV in the living room and bedroom. The cottage is equipped with an electric grill and a garden hose for washing the wheels in the summer. There is an electric car charging station in the cottage, available for an additional fee.
