Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Our cottage, completed in 2014, is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cottage, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard, there is a wood storage, a fire pit and a sauna. The hot tub is in use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are not allowed. Distances: Ukkohalla Resort 26 km. Store: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

With pets to a lakeside cabin to the Northeast

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Pihasaunassa lämmin suihku ja valmiit polttopuut kiukaan lämmitykseen. Keittiönurkassa voi lämmittää omia aterioita. Kaikkiin toimintoihin hyvät ohjeet. Lemmikkimaksu 20€. Helppo lähtösiivous=vain omat jäljet pois. HUOM: Lemmikkitalous, puulämmitys ja vanha mökki voivat aiheuttaa oireita herkille. Portaat ja luminen ja jäinen piha voivat hankaloittaa liikuntaa :(

Cozy and tidy 26 sqm studio in the center of Kajaani in an apartment building built in the 70s, within walking distance of services. The house has an elevator. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and necessary dishes. There is no dishwasher and no washing machine. The apartment has a 120 cm wide double bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The balcony is glazed. Quiet housing association with quiet hours at 10 pm. No smoking on the balcony either.

Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes guests! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE! Linens, bath towels and final cleaning are not included in the price! Linens 10e, towel 5e and final cleaning 40e. Ski trails nearby!
