We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The lake resort, indoor pool, wellness, children's ski lift, ice skating and many leisure activities are within walking distance. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.
