Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
