Beachfront holiday rental in Šušanj

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

Ülkemizden uzak yerde bile evimiz gibi hissettiğimiz tek yer. Her şey çok ama çok güzel ve konforluydu. Ve en önemlisi bizi geldiğimiz ilk günden vedalaştığımız son ana kadar güler yüzüyle bizi hiç yalnız bırakmayan Olga’ya çok teşekkürler. Tekrardan gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Spent about 2 weeks at this place and both the apartment and the location were great. Jelena is a great host always willing to help!

Провели на вилле 8 прекрасных ночей. Дом расположен в очень тихом районе города. С прекрасным видом на море, вечером можно любоваться закатами. В пешей доступности находятся несколько пляжей. До старого города 10 мин пешком. Всем рекомендую посетить этот прекрасный объект. Отличный хозяин, все рассказали, дали инструкции по досугу в Ульцине. Остались очень довольны.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Kotor! De locatie was perfect – centraal gelegen, met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. De ruimte was schoon, netjes en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. De host was bijzonder vriendelijk en proactief, gaf duidelijke communicatie vooraf en stond altijd klaar met tips of hulp wanneer nodig – zonder opdringerig te zijn. Wat echt het verschil maakte: de parkeerplaats. Ruim, veilig en gemakkelijk bereikbaar – iets wat je niet vaak zo goed geregeld ziet bij een Airbnb in de stad. Kortom: alles klopte. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Il était trempé propre et très bien situé ! Dimitrije est extrêmement réactif et toujours prêt à aider :)

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Parfait logement pour notre groupe de 9! La maison était splendide et l’hôte était très réactif. La localisation était idéale et nous avons adoré la piscine. Les seuls points négatifs étaient que le wifi fonctionnait mal et une des douches coulait.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick vom Schlafzimmer auf die Bucht von Kotor. Perfekt für ein Pärchen geeignet (wenn man, wie wir, mit Baby reist, sollte man wissen, dass es zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum keine Tür gibt). Toller Pool und privater Steg ins Meer. Nena & Čedo sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Autominuten von der Unterkunft entfernt.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful penthouse in Bečići! The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, and full of light thanks to the huge panoramic windows. We loved spending time on the spacious terrace — perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the sea view. The whole building is new and very well maintained, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the beach. Everything was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable — no issues at all. Sylwia was a great host — very responsive and helpful. She even arranged for someone to handle our temporary registration in Montenegro, which made things incredibly easy for us. The only thing we missed were a few basic essentials: there was no laundry detergent or softener, which made it hard to do laundry, and no starter supplies like coffee or tea (just leftovers from previous guests). Still, that was a minor thing — overall the experience was excellent.

The apartment was exactly as described and looked like the photos. Clean, open space, well stocked kitchen, and gorgeous view of the sea. The highlight and main attraction of the apartment is the private sea access. The host was friendly and responsive. Peaceful place to spend a holiday. Thanks for having us! Note for digital nomads specifically: WiFi was slow, which made it difficult to work from the apartment. Not many coffee shops or spaces to work from. You will definitely need a car or mode transportation. Food delivery and Uber/equivalent not available.

We had a truly lovely stay at Marina's place! Marina is vrey kind, receptive, and communicative, which made everything so smooth from the beginning. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped — perfect even for a longer stay. We had everything we needed, and it really felt like a home away from home. Another big plus is the location: everything you might need is just a short walk away, from shops and cafes to transport. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Marina as a host!

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean with well equipped kitchen and with an amazing view on the bay that made it very special. A beautiful beach with clear water is just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The host was so friendly, sweet and responsive, Tatijana is the best host I have met. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back!

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

A beautiful and homely space where we were able to enjoy the stunning views and close proximity to Kotor old town. Igor was an attentive and communicative host and even allowed us to check in 30 minutes before they agreed check-in time which was a massive relief after a long day of travel. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Mijo's apartment. The setting is beautiful and the view from the deck is magnificent (despite the cruise ships). The apartment itself was very clean and spacious with even a daily clean and towel change! The kitchen and fridge were very generously stocked (thanks Mijo for the delicious cake!). The bed was very comfy and the shower was great, but we loved the private deck most of all for swimming and relaxing. Mijo was very responsive and helpful and even organised a boat trip for us where we were picked up at the deck, wonderful! The area is pretty quiet but there a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I would advise is that you really need a car as it would be tricky to get to the apartment otherwise (it is about a 50/60 min walk outside of Kotor). Parking is provided onsite which is another bonus! I would definitely recommend Mijo's apartment and would stay there again if we are in the area.

Petar and his wife were wonderful hosts. We were welcomed with a bottle of local Montenegrin champagne (very delicious), chocolates, fruit and snacks. We loved this lovely cottage by the sea with all the comforts of home. Firm bed, hot showers, towels, even beach towels for our swim. The spacious patio with lounges allowed us plenty of the Mediterranean air we came to enjoy. It is shoulder season, so it was quiet and relaxing watching the occasional boats go by and the locals taking their evening strolls and fishing off the pier. Nearby were several restaurants we enjoyed as well as a market . The village was coming alive now that season was near, but a car is needed for day trips. We loved that we could relax away from the big city maddening crowds but had easy access to all that Montenegro has to offer. Petar was very responsive to our every question and need. We loved the area, the people, the local food and can’t wait to come back to this relaxing seaside retreat!

We really enjoyed our stay! The terrace was definitely the best part – perfect for relaxing. The bed was super comfy too. Milena was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We got fresh towels every day and the dishes were taken care of, which was a really nice touch. Would happily come back!
