The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Ballenstedt is the ideal starting point for hikes in the Harz Mountains or a visit to the world heritage city of Quedlinburg.

We, a young family with two children ( 1 & 5), have a small ecological winery and from May 22 have furnished a small cottage among vineyards. Idyllically located you look at the Bindersee and enjoy the tranquility there. From there you can start great excursions, for example to Seeburg, Lutherstadt Eisleben (20 min drive) to Halle (20 min drive) or to the Harz ( 40 min ride) or simply start a tour by bike directly around the sweet lake.

We rent a modern newly renovated double room (with private bathroom and kitchen use) in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital, the vineyard campus and the nature reserve Heide. Thanks to the direct connection to the public tram network, you can easily reach both the airport, the train station and the city center. Supermarkets and the pharmacy are within walking distance. A free parking space is available by prior arrangement.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, then you have come to the right place in the countryside. You live on the second floor, you can take care of yourself. The apartment can be rented in combination with another room for 2 people (ask me to unlock it). It's on a farm. Cats and chickens live in the farm. In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
