A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Vedran is the best host I've encountered during our honeymoon trip to Croatia. He is responsive, even prepare a welcome gift for us which is so lovely. House is so clean, easy to checkin and nice private area with garage. He recommended some local restaurants also and we went two days in a row. Was the best steak I tried. If we come again to Zadar, we would stay here again. I really appreciate the host! Thank you Vedran🙏🙏😍

Anita's place was very nice. The apartment is quite small, but for two it is more cozy than cramped. On the balcony you can relax and spend one or two evenings with a wine or a beer. Most of the time we were traveling by car when we looked at Zadar and the surrounding area. Once we also walked to the city center. The walk takes about 40 minutes. Overall, it can be said that the property is in a very good location also for shopping. It is very nice with Anita and she is always quick and helpful to respond to questions.

Your presence and warm welcome made us feel like we are visiting a long time no see friend! Thank you so much for an amazing hospitality. It was a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zadar.

Nada and her husband are so sweet and kind. They met us outside of the building and took us to the garage for parking, then showed us around the apartment even offered to give us a ride downtown. Apartment is spacious and super clean. Has a cute balcony. 20 mins walk to the old town, pretty enjoyable walk. Nada and her husband are thoughtful, prepared us complimentary water, sparkling water , juice and some coffee. The neighbourhood are all residential buildings, so very quiet. Check out process is also super smooth, they were very punctual. Waited us at the garage and opened the garage door for us. It was a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend !

Bozidar is a great host, he really cared for guests, his apartment is in excellent condition, when we first stepped in, we were like… wow !!! It was so clean AND so private !!! In Zadar we need to rent a car, so we did, and his parking area is no problem…. Any way, we just love it because it was beautiful, clean and easy to move around with a car. Bozidar even gave us a free cherry bucket he picked it in his back yard. Thanks a lot. Hope to see you next time.

The place is spacious and easy to reach from airport. Ante is a wonderful host, she helped us out with super late check in and gave us local recommendations. We also got souvenirs from the family which was sweet and felt like home.

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed is super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can fully recommend this villa. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: We were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with small children are prepared.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

The apartment is very well maintained, quietly located and the bed is very comfortable! Sanda was very kind at check-in and tried to point out all the sights on the island. When I got sick and didn't open a pharmacy nearby, she even gave me some of her medicine. The ONLY downside is (as so often on the island) that the small alleys are not easily accessible by car and the private parking for larger cars is rather not an option. But Sanda was also able to find a solution in the past. Otherwise, the apartment and hostess are wonderful and highly recommended! Personal highlights of the area: Fort St Michael and Srdela Snack ❤️

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

Amazing place! Host was really nice, super well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi for working. We got cake on arrival and fresh fish from the hosts parents.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!
