I have just returned from spending an amazing week in Cavtat the apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the town. The hospitality I received from Ivo and his family was the best I have ever experienced. Home cooked lasagne delivered to my door, cocktails when I was round the pool and sharing the fish they had caught that day all added to making this my best holiday ever I've never done this before, I booked for next year before I left if staying in Cavtat please stay here if it's not already fully booked! thank you Ivo and the wonderful Rosa see you next year

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

We stayed for a week - 6 adults and 2 toddlers. This was the perfect villa! It was very clean, absolutely spotless. The villa is a great size meaning we all had plenty of space. Many bathrooms and balconies etc made it perfect for a few couples to be living in. The children loved the garden with the play set and the pool being fenced off was a brilliant feature to keep the young children safe. The pool area was an amazing feature to this house, having your own pool which is a good size and plenty of sun beds was fabulous. Lovely quiet area with no neighbours looking into the pool area etc, very private and chilled. The hosts live beside the house so are always on hand if needed and they communicate excellently throughout the stay. Ivo & his family were amazing hosts and we couldn’t have asked for any better. They even turned up with a cake on my father in laws birthday which was a lovely surprise and gave us parting gifts too. 100% would recommend, thank you Ivo and family!

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre très sympathique ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte, qui s’est montré très disponible et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et très fonctionnelle (four, barbecue, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Le quartier est calme et reposant, parfait pour des vacances en toute tranquillité. La proximité des commerces (en voiture) et d’Herceg Novi est un plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la terrasse, idéales pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu paisible et accueillant pour leurs vacances. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors d’un éventuel retour au Monténégro !

beautiful view! the house has everything you need. for 8-9 adult people the inside place is maybe a little to small, but for the cheap price: perfect! the communication with Sladjana and Ivana was great. thank you :)

Pero als Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend. Er war sehr flexibel uns gegenüber und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Hatten wir Fragen war er sofort zur Verfügung. Wir haben die Ruhe im Haus sehr genossen und würden auch gerne nochmal diese Unterkunft besuchen😊

We've stayed at a few airbnbs and this was by far our favourite stay. Marija, Anton's and Blaz's welcome was unmatched. They met us at check in despite us arriving on a late evening flight, provided us with welcome food and home made spirits and explained about the property and locality. Marija and Anton checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable (and brought us more food and home made wine during our stay!) and were just generally brilliant hosts. The house was lovely and in a peaceful location. We loved the outside barbecue area in particular. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The local town was very nice and had a lovely promenade and beach. There are local shops around 20 minutes walk away (and uber is easy/cheap to book for the uphill journey back). Dubrovnik Old Town was about a 25 minute car ride away. Overall a fantastic holiday - looking forward to visiting again in the future 😊

Kate and Niko were wonderful hosts and helped us with numerous things during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I loved it was a family owned and run apartment. The apartment is directly above restaurants but it was no bother to us. The view out the windows was heaven sent! Cavtat is such a beautiful village and the position of the apartment meant everything was right there within a few steps. We would happily return to Kate and Niko’s beautiful apartment.

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Vielen Dank für die freundliche und schnelle Hilfe in jeder Lage. Jelena und Nikola haben es geschafft, dass unser Urlaub trotz verspäteter Ankunft und persönlicher Startschwierigkeiten ein Highlight wurde. Die beiden sind super nett und freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Bootsfahrt mit Nikola war super! Das Haus liegt in einem netten Fischerdorf, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Fähre und Straße hört man, haben uns aber nicht gestört. Die Fähre ist Zufluss umsonst, dass haben wir zum einkaufen und für Restaurant Besuche genutzt. Vielen Dank für den tollen. Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Un vrai coin de paradis, je confirme tous les commentaires positifs précédents ! Un tel environnement à taille humaine, calme et fleuri, avec accès direct à la mer depuis la jolie terrasse, sans route à traverser, est absolument unique au Monténégro. Le logement est très bien fourni et entretenu. Jelena s’est montrée proactive et très disponible. Nous y avons passé un séjour inoubliable 😊

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

Perfect apartment with sea view, we love this place. Martina is a friendly and caring host.

Trotz verspäteter Ankunft war Biljana noch vor Ort und hat auf uns gewartet. TipTop saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Restaurants und der Hafen selbst sind zu Fuß super erreichbar. Vielen Dank! Gerne Wieder!

Just like all the other reviews before, oh my the views from this villa are just exceptional. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Totally unmatched and makes it the best place to stay. Loved spending every day watching the boats go by from the lush pool and each evening wandering down to Perast to try one of the many restaurants available. We originally booked this place in 2020 but had to cancel due to covid, finally got here 5 years later! Great location to visit Kotor and the surrounding area. Was very sad to leave! Highly recommend.

The villa is very beautiful and comfortable, with a stunning view from the balcony. It is exceptional. The only problem is that between the villa and the sea are 600 steps of the steep staircases. The house is absolutely worth the climb but you have to be in a good shape to do it, or call a taxi. We climbed the stairs twice a day and utterly enjoyed our stay - beautiful beaches, good food, and the lovely old town. Our host was friendly, very helpful and responsive.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans le logement d aneta et zorica. La vue est magnifique et le logement vraiment très confortable ! Aneta et Zorica avaient décoré l appartement pour l anniversaire de notre fille, c'était vraiment une très belle attention !je recommande a 100%!il y a beaucoup de site a visiter a 20 minutes de l appartement, l emplacement est idéal !merci beaucoup.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Without a doubt the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Looks amazing in the listing photos and even better in person. It's walking distance to the airport which was important for us since we were travelling with kayaks, couldn't have been more convenient for us. The house and its surroundings are stunning, full of character. We will be back.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans l’appartement d’Ivona. L’appartement était impeccable, il y une vue incroyable, c’est très paisible. Tout est propre, le logement est pratique et il y a tous les éléments de première nécessité. Ivona nous a fait des recommandations que nous avons suivi et nous n’avons jamais été déçu. Elle est très réactive, toujours disponible et porte un grand intérêt au bien être de ces invités. Je recommande fortement !
