Grassland, birds, and architecture White Bird Rest Area

At an altitude of about 1000 meters at Kobozawa at the southern foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains. This is a private rental accommodation where you can enjoy the wild meadows and forests that spread from the southern end of the residential area, the mountain views, and the starry sky I saw a white rabbit spread its wings and fly up from the meadow. And because the deep white Heike form of the eaves looks like a bird, it was named "WHITE BIRD", and a mural of birds flying in flocks on the wall was painted The building is a unique structure with a central core, large windows on the walls, and an umbrella-like eaves. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen are arranged around the washroom, and each room is gently connected. And the large and small windows everywhere are like picture frames that hold the scenery. From the large window in front of the dining room, you can see the meadows and forests, and on clear days, the Southern Alps The deck goes around the building in a U-shape. I want you to feel the natural wind and light of the southern foothills. The east wing of the garden can be used as an outdoor living room. You might even see birds and wild deer coming to the spring water there This is an inn at the boundary between human life and nature * The capacity is 4 people, but for adults only, it should be no more than 3 people * The displayed price is for up to 2 people, and 10,000 yen will be added for each additional person

Entire old house for rent, close to Lake Tateshina and Lake Suwa by car, near a golf course, convenience store and laundry a 1-minute walk away

Limited to one group per day, available for 2 to 6 people. We are renovating a 100-year-old traditional house. There is a Yumichi Morning Cafe on site, and if you book at least the day before, you can eat for 1,300 yen (including consumption tax). It is 1,500 yen with a drink. We are closed in winter. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. You can also walk to the bus stop. Kayano Station is a 10-minute drive. Suwa Interchange is 9.4 km and 15 minutes away by car. 8weeks Fujimi: An accommodation where you can have more conversations with your loved ones / One group per day / Long stays welcome / Also a base for winter stays

We are renting out another house in the town where we live. There is no TV, but instead there is a grand piano, picture books, and a forest that fills the window. 8weeks Fujimi is a quiet house at the foot of the Fujimi Panorama Resort. During the day, listen to the babbling of the stream and the refreshing wind of the highlands, and at night, gaze at the moonlight with a warm drink in hand. The villa, with its log cabin-style interior and grand piano, creates a space that is both extraordinary and somehow familiar. We moved from the city in 2020 with our then 1-year-old daughter. We were fascinated by Fujimi-cho and decided to move there within 8 weeks. We spent a luxurious time in the rich natural surroundings, and by the time eight weeks had passed, we were thinking, "Let's stay in this town." We named it "8weeks" because we hope that our guests will also spend time here that makes them want to stay. This is the house where I have lived with my 6-year-old daughter, so small children can also stay here with peace of mind. We have taken care to avoid placing items that could be dropped or bumped into as much as possible, and we also have a variety of picture books, musical instruments, and toys.
