This Airbnb is truly exceptional—way above the average for the price in the area! The house was spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling, and so inviting, with top-notch beds, linens, showers, and a bathtub. The kitchen utensils were pristine, and the whole place felt luxurious. The host’s friendly dog was a hit with our kids, and the backyard chickens were a delight! The host kindly gave us fresh eggs twice, which we loved, though the kids were sad when the chickens were kept in the coop after day two. The office with a desk and high-speed internet was perfect, and the pre-set Netflix and streaming on the TV was a great touch. The covered garage easily fit our large car. The kids adored the animals, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this gem!

Accommodations and amenities were great! The coffee bar was nice, so many flavor options. Beds and bedding were super comfy, the host had supplied toothbrushes, toothpaste, band aids , shampoo/shower gel. It felt like a home away from home. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, plenty of parking. Loved sitting on the back porch and enjoyed listening to the sounds of nature. We stayed here to celebrate my sister’s 35th birthday and we were able to play games, enjoy watching movies and went to the local springs. Definitely recommend staying at this location. Hosts were very responsive and communicated effectively. Very friendly! Thank you William and Tessa!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and spotless clean. Kitchen was great, everything we needed. Kristin was kind and accommodating, stayed in touch. We loved the location, historic homes and good restaurants near.

We had a wonderful time! We had everything we could have wanted and more. Plus, the couple of items we were needing, Nisa quickly offered to help provide them. Nisa is a wonderful host and the home is gorgeous. So well laid out, clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely rent this unit again. Thank you, Nisa! Plenty of boat parking for you and your buddy’s. Had 4 trucks and trailers with boats and fit with no issues. The boat ramp is 3 minutes from the house and you’re only one no wake zone from getting out in the open! The house was immaculate in every way! Very welcoming and cozy! Only issue is how fast time flys when you’re enjoying such an amazing house in the most beautiful water front in the state. Definitely recommend staying at this location!

We wanted to get away from the congestion of the city and suburbs, Charles place was just what we needed. We stocked up on groceries at a Publix on our way up. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed and more! Very peaceful and quiet.

You just can’t beat this quaint little place! I will be staying when I come back to visit my family! She is the best ! I seriously have never had a better expierence with a stay in any hotel ! Her air b&b is hands down the best..and don’t get me going on her brownies! Yes she had fresh fruit and brownies waiting for us, she also stayed up late to help me plan some things when I was still in California ! Thank you Tami !!!

Ryan was communicative, and the apartment is charming. It is a bit noisy at times because of street traffic, as the apartment is on a corner. Otherwise, a cozy, relaxing place! Thanks, Ryan!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.

The place was exactly as the pictures. Bed was nice and comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. The home was furnished beautifully. We would book again.

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

An excellent place to stay. Close to downtown. A few restaurants in walking distance. A lot across the another town about 5 to 10 minutes away. A washer, dryer and dishwasher would have made this perfect for longer stays

Wow the studio is amazing, a lot bigger than I expected as well. And Camy was great accommodating my stay at the last minute. Great place and great host. Looking forward for my next trip to Jacksonville and I’ll for sure came back to stay in Camy’s studio. :)

I've stayed in a lot of AirB&B's. Sweetwater Branch is the one place that I would call a 'destination'. The grounds, rooms, attention to detail, the location and customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend staying there.

Pat's mansion is an absolute delight. I have loved every minute of my stay and so thankful she allows dogs! I honestly never want to leave the Denham Inn - it's a fantastic and relaxing safe haven! Breakfast every morning is the cherry on top! ;-)

We loved this historical bed and breakfast. The host was wonderful, good communication and very accommodating. We also enjoyed her tasty and fulfilling breakfast. This place is a most see especially if you are interested in our country’s history. It’s also easy to find.

The following review statement is from my parents for whom I gifted a B&B experience: "Our stay at 1872 Denham was blissful and timely; a perfect way to end 2024 and start 2025. We enjoyed the comforts of the Gold Room which included a cozy bed which provided a restful sleep and a large private bathroom thoughtfully stocked with paper products, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials. The breakfast which included a delectable concoction of fruit composter, eggs, meats, and bread left us satiated and energized to move forward with the day."

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for one night to celebrate the Fourth of July at nearby lake . The host Brantley was very friendly . He was there to greet me and allowed me check in early . He went out of his way by offering me a ride to the lake I was heading to ,which I greatly appreciated. I stayed in a room called the patriotic room that is American themed , it was very apropos considering I stayed on Independence Day . Brantley took my gluten allergy to heart and made me gluten free waffles for breakfast the next morning which I thought was very thoughtful . Overall it was a short one night stay but enjoyed myself
