Edwards place was WONDERFUL! We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the deck is amazing and My husband and I loved sitting out and looking over the water. I highly recommend this place and I would love to come back and stay again.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Excellent weekend get away for a couple to enjoy time alone. The set up is fantastic and everything you need is placed out for you to enjoy without having to leave for dinner. There is a beautiful walk way and fishing dock to enjoy as well. Grill set up and fire pits to enjoy with a special person. I highly recommend this Air B&B for any couple that wants to enjoy space and let their hair down for a while.

Beautiful home on a perfect lake - I rented both houses for a shared bachelor week, and every was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, including setting us up with 7 kayaks. The houses were both better than they looked in the pictures, with large modern kitchens and nice furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Lastly, the docks are great, and there are lots of birds and fish around. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and the property was largely shaded so it was pretty cool throughout the day. There was a bunch of parking.

Julie and Tom were AMAZING hosts. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to respond. The master bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The golf cart is a major plus! You will have everything you need here. I wish we could have stayed forever. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a great cabin!!! It was perfect for my husband, 3 kids & our pups! It's in a peaceful and private neighborhood. My son loved having the basketball hoop! The dock is amazing! Having easy access to put our kayaks in the water (instead of always driving to somewhere) was awesome! We saw gators, fish, turtles and beautiful birds! Its also an easy drive to several Springs The house has all the comforts of home. We just had to supply the groceries! Overall, this was a fun, relaxing, and beautiful cabin. Peter is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

This cabin was honestly one of my favorite Air BNBs I have ever visited! The decor is so cute and cozy, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful. The cabin has all the comforts of home while being in a gorgeous natural setting. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard facing the water, the deck, and the movies and games provided. The bedroom loft was my favorite and so comfy. It has a great view of the water. We had so much fun visiting the springs in the area and going for a swim. Silver Glen springs was our absolute favorite and so beautiful. Several other springs were within 20 minutes or less. We also were about an hour from Mount Dora, a fun historic town with lots of places to eat and shop. If you want to stay in a peaceful, quiet getaway close to the springs and forest, I highly recommend staying here!

We are repeat visitors. This property is private enough to enjoy your stay with family but also located close enough to Ichetucknee Springs State Park to enjoy all the park amenities. We were able to tube, kayak, paddleboard and swim all the way down to the property from the State Park. We saw all sorts of wildlife from otters to deer, bats at night, owls. The location has all the essentials, and the hosts are very receptive to any needs or questions. Highly recommend!

Another way of giving directions for finding the home for the first time: When you turn left as soon as you come through the gate, keep going on that road until you see a street sign that says Riverside Circle. Make a left and then it’s the first house on your right. I've stayed in a good number of Airbnb's & this one is the best one I've been to. The house is simply beautiful & the decorations are tasteful. The privacy is divine. The grounds large. Good outdoor chairs, including for a couple of kids. Shade on the dock in the afternoon. Lake can be a brown tea like color (from tannins) & murky. Stairs might make your calves scream. We lowered our bags down with a rope. Great to have outdoor sink on balcony. Great to have screened in eating spot. Beds & furniture better than average rental. Host is a super host for a reason.

We loved our stay here so much! Everything was well thought out. My daughter wanted to play the record player but has never seen one and didn’t know how to. There was a QR code right there to scan! Everything was clean, plenty of cookware, a grill with gas, kayaks and a peddle boat. I enjoyed having my coffee every morning outside watching the birds. The beds were comfy, a lovely living room. We really enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Michelle's condo. Perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had it all. Loved the tall outside chairs for viewing the ocean and pool below. Great having beach chairs that seemed brand new. Wish we could have seen the sunrise from the deck but the sun moves throughout the year so it wasn't in our viewing area. However, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the early morning to catch it. Great beach for fast walking. Go horseback riding in the morning it was so peaceful, there is two companies and they're both great! If we come back to Amelia Island we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michelle!😊

Kristi's place is a nature lover's paradise. Birders bring your binoculars! I came for a peaceful relaxing getaway and this place delivered. I came in May and I was able to watch both the sunrise and sunset right from the balcony. Kristi's place is clean and had everything I needed to feel at home. Nestled up above the mangroves, I sat and watched various Florida sea birds glide by me - Roseate Spoonbills, Ibises, Ospreys, Herons and Egrets just to name a few. And I saw dolphins too! There's a dock on the propery where you can fish, and launch a kayak from the shore. This place is a real gem and Kristi is the perfect host. I'll definately be back!

The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing beach trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail really showed and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The property was well maintained. While it was some distance from town, it was helpful to have GPS for directions. The house was comfortably appointed and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all necessities. The stacking washer and dryer was particularly useful and easy to use. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, however, could be a challenge for some folks. All in all, a good property, attentive host, and a good stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, close to historic downtown. Any questions for Michael were promptly responded to.

We loved our weekend getaway here! Sitting on the deck was so peaceful. So many seabirds and we saw dolphins soon after we arrived. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and we enjoyed playing the games they had available. We rented a golf cart and drove around the island and just enjoyed the peaceful scenery of Cedar Key. Ken and Marylee were fantastic with communication from start to finish. We would absolutely stay at their condo again on our next trip to Cedar Key.
