We had a great stay! It was perfect for us, clean and simple with everything we needed. Good coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Convenient to downtown!

Holly’s place was lovely. All the amenities. Great shower pressure and soft bed! Super clean and relaxing balcony! Gorgeous giant trees with moss and landscaping.

This place is a gem!! BOOK IT!!! Ignore any previous “negative” reviews about— *the a/c — it’s COLD & is incredible in hot, humid Florida summer —we kept it in the 60°s! *the hot water — the kitchen and bathroom have the instant hot water heaters AKA that DON’T RUN OUT. Hot water was never a problem, especially using our favorite unhighlighted amenity— ***the shower! 💖💖💖*** —- The listing currently doesn’t have a picture of what’s behind the shower curtain, but it’s an amazing, huge, open tiled shower with a built in seat & built in storage and good water pressure & new shower head and ENDLESS HOT WATER. If you want to hang out alone or with your partner in the shower, this is the place :) The bathroom is also stocked with copious nice, fresh towels & has massive counter space. Also not highlighted is the walk in closet that is the size of a small room in itself, so all suitcases etc can be stored away so easily. I could go on & on but I’m out of space. BOOK IT!!!

If come across this place and it’s available, BOOK IT! This place is comfortable, relaxing, cozy. It reminds me of the perfect place to stay; it has a yoga spa retreat atmosphere. If you’re looking, thinking, pondering, wondering, considering, contemplating, eyeing renting this place, just book it you won’t regret. I stayed here with my cousins from Maryland, they would have stayed indoors the entire weekend if it weren’t for our nephews graduation and their party (at my sisters house). Absolutely no regrets.

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay. We wanted something away from the main city and we got it! The cottage had everything we needed and the host was very responsive when we had questions. Their dog was the absolute sweetest and we were greeted by the cat as soon as we arrived. We pulled fresh eggs from the chicken coop and had a lovely fire the last night. We left feeling rejuvenated!

We had a lovely stay at this charming guesthouse. The French-inspired decor and peaceful, lush surroundings made it feel like a relaxing retreat. The kitchen was small but functional, and having two bedrooms was a convenient plus. We were warmly welcomed by the host’s friendly cats, which we enjoyed. A great spot for a quiet and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning again sometime in the future. This is a quaint little cottage in a quiet and very private setting.

After I booked the place Jason periodically sent info as the check in date approached as if I hired him to plan my trip. The property has upscale amenities and furnishings. The property is extremely comfortable and able to accommodate more than advertised. Location is so good I will need 6 stays to try and see everything just in walking distance. My family left packing all clean clothes bec the laundry unit was incredible. The unit in its entirety was planned in detail for comfort. The AC worked like a beast which is extremely important in Fla. I can't say enough about this place. I am a tough person to please and am willing to use every character the app allows to attempt to communicate Jason's hospitality, hard work, and generosity to provide a great experience for his guests. If a guest gives him less than all five's they are being calculated in trying to keep the property more likely to be available for themselves for their next trip. Will rent again. Thank you Jason!

The place is great. Jose is very friendly and responsive. Place is relaxing and very clean. It is great to have your own AC in each room. Yard is beautiful and nice to hang out in.

I thought my message went through about the ac leaking from the grill (onto the kitchen floor) but I just saw for some reason it shows not sent. I used a towel to wipe up the water. Great spot for our visit to Jacksonville! We love the restaurants and shops in this area and all were so close. The neighborhood was very cute and calm and our pups enjoyed taking walks around. The house and yard were great too! Very cute and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to requests and questions. Would definitely stay again!

This is a nice private location. It’s at the end of a gated driveway. There is a small horse stable present as well. It can be hard to find if you are arriving after dark. Some lights on the gate or a light at the end of the driveway would help. I called Phil to help find the location - he was very helpful and friendly, and answered right away. I texted to say I was arriving late due to flights and he already had the A/C on for me. Great little kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Great place to stay! Many thanks to the hosts.

Loved the space and how easy it was to get around the city from the location. Riverside is beautiful.

We loved Joshua’s place. It was very clean, comfortable, and fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quaint, beautiful, and felt very safe. Joshua was responsive and left detailed instructions. We are looking forward to staying at his place again in the future.

My husband and I faced some car issues on the way to Airbnb which caused us delays with plans. Don was so helpful and kind and let us to do late check out so we could make all our plans! Don is very nice and friendly host and I wish we could stay longer! We also had our kitty traveling with us and Don’s place was perfect to stay with pets! We are very happy and will definitely return to Don’s place once in that area!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. If you're looking for a place close to UF Health, this is a great option. Just be cautious when driving through the back lot — we believe that's where we picked up two nails in our tires. Aside from that, it was a great place to stay while working at UF Health on 8th Avenue. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room were all clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony, even though it was quite hot during our stay.

What a cozy and comfortable stay we had a the Pelican Guesthouse. Beautiful decor, comfortable furniture/beds, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again!

A cozy space in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a comfortable little getaway. My husband and I enjoyed walking thru the neighborhood and even into the downtown St Augustine area. Everything was easy to get to and the host was very responsive and helpful!

We stayed here with our kids due to the pool. We loved everything about this place and the host was very nice and responsive to any messages/questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This guest cottage was adorable and a short distance to all the fun on Amelia Island. Every room was clean and despite being behind the main house felt very private. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Isi and Jen.
