You can fully enjoy mountain sightseeing at this time of year, such as Kamikochi, Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Hakuba and Happo Pond.From the second half of August to September, the summer bustle subsides, and it is a season when you can enjoy a quiet Shinshu. Go to the mountains and highlands during the day, and the tranquility of Satoyama at night. This is a rental cottage where you can enjoy a sauna, BBQ, and a starry sky. As a base for sightseeing in Azumino and Hakuba/Kamikochi, you can enjoy a comfortable stay for one night or more. With easy access to Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama Kurobe, it is suitable for group trips, family vacations, and long-term stays.With a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, it is comfortable for extended stays. You can also come by public transportation, but it is more convenient if you have a car. Free shuttle service is available to and from Shinano-Matsukawa Station and Akashina Station.Other pick-up and drop-off services, as well as sightseeing transfers, are available for 2,000 to 8,000 yen (round trip) depending on the distance, provided the journey is within 2 hours each way.Please contact us in advance for car rental for 5 or more people. There are still openings on weekdays in September. It is also recommended for student trips during the second half of summer vacation, as well as for couples and small groups.

Stay with a dog at the "Protective Cat Cafe Honten", limited to one group per day, 1 night with cafe breakfast included

You can rent out the shelter cat cafe for your stay. All spaces can be rented out except during café business hours. The cat space is completely separate. Cats are not allowed in the cafe or the accommodation area. You can interact with the cats in the cat courtyard. You can eat and drink while watching the cat courtyard from the cafe. Dogs are also welcome to stay. Please bring everything your dog needs. However, pets are not allowed in the cat courtyard. They are free to enter and leave the rest of the space. Breakfast from the cafe menu is included. Cosplay photography can be done indoors. You can have a BBQ in the backyard. The BBQ set rental fee is 1,500 yen. There is a free craft corner in the Japanese-style room. You can also see the night view of the city from the cafe. Kiyomizu-dera Temple, famous for its autumn leaves, is directly in front. 15-20 minutes from Nagano IC and Nagano-Suzaka IC. 20-30 minutes by car from Nagano Station. A taxi costs about 6,000 yen. We can pick up up to 3 people from Nagano Station on Fridays and Saturdays. For 4 or more people, please arrange a round trip or use a taxi as well. We can take you to Nagano Station. The road near the inn is steep and narrow. If you are coming by car, you will need a 4WD vehicle or tire chains in winter. The amenities include "Shabondama soap," which is additive-free and fragrance-free. Late check-in is OK

Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Spend your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, a town blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, with a wealth of natural areas such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi nearby. You can freely use the comfortable building renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, the natural garden that creates seasonal scenery, and the forest where the stream flows.In the forest that we have been maintaining, you can see birds, squirrels, and marten, and you can enjoy strolling around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We also paid close attention to the interior design and kitchen utensils to make sure you can enjoy "living" in the space. At the gazebo by the stream, you can enjoy BBQ and campfires without worrying about the weather. It is ideal as a base for hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, and golf during the green season, and as a base for winter sports during the snow season. [Opened in December 2023!] ease1 is an accommodation limited to one group per day. Enjoy a special time in a luxurious space surrounded by the beautiful nature of Nagano. You can also enjoy a barbecue on the wooden deck while looking out at the beautiful scenery of Nagano. There is also a hot spring facility nearby, so please use it as well. The inn can accommodate up to 6 people, but there are 4 beds. Please use the futon for the 5th person. We also welcome corporate training and workations. Located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, you can spend time in an environment that combines work and relaxation while increasing your concentration! Equipped with a projector: We provide the necessary equipment for presentations and training. * Private saunas are a paid option, so please order from the check-in link or contact us separately. ・ Private wood-burning sauna 5,000 yen per use We will prepare enough firewood to burn for about 5 hours. Please do the ignition yourself. Also, depending on the season, it takes about 1 to 2 hours to warm up properly.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.
