Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Cozy living room with sofa and behind a half wall hides a 120 bed. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer and refrigerator. Underfloor heating throughout the property. Coffee and tea are provided and are easy to make with the kettle. Towels and bed linen included. There is the possibility to make the sofa bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cabinet in the bathroom.

Grandma's Cottage is a quiet green oasis to be enjoyed by family and friends! The house is located in a forest clearing next to the Svarteån river that winds down to Lake Skönadalssjön. After that, it flows further into the sea by Svarte. On Svarte's sandy beach you find a pier and a Beach Café where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a yummy ice cream or a lovely dinner at sunset. The cottage is located near Österlen where there is much to discover, for example Ystad Djurpark and Ales Stenar.
