The house is located in the village of Svarte which has a popular sandy beach. Svarte is easily reached by train or car from Malmö, Copenhagen, CPH Airport etc. The house offers all modern amenities, in a chilled out environment with great activities at your door step. The surroundings offer rolling fields, beach meadows, beautiful sandy beaches, castles, cozy villages, nice towns such as Ystad, Simrishamn etc. Nearby Österlen offers many nice excursions and activities.

Perfect for two people, but we can also arrange space for up to four guests. The farm is only 15 minutes from Malmö, 30 minutes from Kastrup & 45 minutes from Copenhagen. Free access to our 8000 sq ft garden, plenty of room to enjoy the tranquility. Barbecue and dining area are available for your own dining in the open air.
