Balcony and fixed barbecue for charcoal. Play equipment in the garden, playhouse, seating area for children, sandbox, swing, several swings and rope ladders in the trees, baby swing. Parking with room for several cars. Train to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö/Copenhagen only a 5-minute walk.

Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
