Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård, ”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Varmvattenberedaren ger ca 50 l vilket innebär ca 7” dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person (varmvattnet) men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
