The home has a nice location in a peaceful area and with a nice backyard with small beautiful terraces and cozy corners for free use. Bright and spacious annex - even if it is only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably undisturbed. Note: There's hot water here, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.
