Holiday rentals with a balcony in Swabia

Einfache, aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet und toll gelegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig, schöne Natur. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, groß, alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Wir werden Sie weiter empfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Wohnung!

Both Martina and Thomas were extremely helpful, responsive and professional. We had a few issues with the rental car and also sought clarification on some activities we planned to do. Wir haben uns sehr zuhause gefühlt. Besonders gefiel uns das tägliche Frühstück in der Morgensonne auf dem Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch und fürsorglich.

Staying here was absolutely wonderful. Communication was done primarily over email due to language differences, but responses were always quick and extremely helpful. The room was extremely cozy and clean as well

Great value for the price. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without an elevator as it is a private house) and consists of 2 bedrooms and one living room + kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It does house 6 guests thanks to the foldable bed in the living room. The kitchen has everything one needs including a dishwasher, coffe-maker, kettle, modern microwave with grill and an oven. There is a big balcony with magnificient mountains view. Free parking on the streets and max. 15 minutes by foot from the central railway station. From there you can take a bus or train to the Zugspitze/Eibsee lake. If spending time in a town, there are plenty of hiking trails in the surrounding mountains and gorges. I bet Garmish-Partenkirchen is a wonderful place for vacation in summer time too.

The place was clean. The host was kind and responsive, though they had some difficulty with English. The train station and bus station are about a 7-minute walk away. The house was a little noisy due to a nearby school, but the view from the balcony made it all worthwhile.
