Beachfront holiday rental in Swan River

Location was good as its walking distance to the beach, saved us the trouble of having to drive when we are tired. The apartment was clean and very functional. Jenny was also very responsive to our queries. Made our stay really comfortable!

Absolutely amazing stay at Lynette’s apartment! 5minutes from the beach which you can see from the balcony. Very clean and cozy, would stay there again in a heartbeat! Loved it!

Kale’s place was fantastic, clean, warm and homely. A short walk from the beach and bus into downtown Fremantle. The beach was less than 5 minutes away and there were many choices to eat as well as shops just around the corner to buy groceries.

Only issue we had was locating the property as it was night time and our maps were telling us the house was on the side street where someone else lived. Catherine did tell us the house was in a battle axe but maps were leading us astray. Had such a lovely stay, thank you! Lovely outdoor deck. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the balcony deck!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay great location and easy to get in and out. Accessed Tania’s car via Turo which was very handy to get around. Super close to great pubs and coffee spots and a 2 minute walk to the beach.

We love staying at this beautiful seaside home. It’s clean and comfortable, with a completely uninterrupted view to the beach - as well as direct access. Walking distance to the Orion Cafe and Yanchep Lagoon. It was a perfect way to spend a relaxing long weekend with my family.

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Great stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, a short walk to the beach, and the supermarket is nearby. It's spacious and had everything we needed. The host was very flexible and even let us know we could check out later, which was really appreciated. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out with clear instructions, so we didn’t need to ask for anything. Highly recommended! :)

This was the perfect location for our one week stay. We loved walking along the beach everyday and the cafes, restaurants and Coles were right near. It was easy to book an uber to head wherever we needed but public transport was also conveniently located just a short walk away. The food night market was a "must do" on Saturday night and the host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Awesome location!!! 2 minutes from beach and heaps of restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen stocked with everything you need for a family, if you want to eat at home. Very responsive host for any queries we had. Have stayed in Perth on previous visits in the city, and can highly recommend being closer to the beach for those with children, and to eat out, lots of different choices. Thank you had a great time at Scarborough.

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location with amazing views of Mindarie Marina. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, very comfortable bed, felt like a home from home. Very responsive hosts with good communication.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Absolutely wonderful location and clean private stay! Jeff is thoughtful of my jetlag, laundry needs, and shopping. He’s very quick to respond. Such a wonderful place with beach access directly across the street. I could enjoy the beach morning, afternoon and night. I loved the sauna when I got cold at the beach in the early mornings (my stay was nearly in winter). I hope I get to stay again!

Thanks for the Lingham’s Chilli Sauce, Sesame Seed Oil and Peri Peri Sauce. Two things needs fixing. The rubbish bin pedal at the kitchen (upstairs) and the shower head connector for the bathroom (downstairs). Other than that. All good. Thank you. I hope the 5 star ratings helped- David

Our stay at Jarrad’s place was delightful!! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed - the beach at the door step, and walkable to great eating spots, but tucked away so we could still enjoy peace and quiet. The place is a lot bigger and comfier than we were expecting, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rockingham. Jarrad was so helpful and quick to respond, so thank you for being a great host! Could not recommend Jarrad’s place enough!!

When I booked this property I thought it could be too good to be true, but it was better! The furnishings are stylish, location is ideal for a beachside getaway, the linens are luxurious, the glassware is plentiful and quality, the beds are comfortable, there are huge modern wardrobes for your belongings, quiet ceiling fans, a good selection of board games and books, and the guest groceries were very thoughtful and unexpected. The host also accommodated a special request to make our stay even more comfortable for our needs. We have loved every moment of staying at this property and thank you for allowing us to call this great property home for two amazing weeks.
