Monthly Rentals in Swansboro

Location was convenient to all of the places that we planned to visit. The Condominium was very clean and well kept. The furnishings and decor were suitable and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay as the location is very peaceful yet a quick drive to several area beaches and restaurants. The host was helpful, and the house is stocked with the basic necessities you would need plus extras like beach towels and games. The screened porch was very relaxing to hang out and watch the deer and birds while enjoying the summer breezes. The house was spacious and the Master bedroom was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others wanting to stay in the Swansboro area. Thanks again Anne!

This was our third year staying at this wonderful little house, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, right on the water, yet just a short drive from great food, lots of activities, and everything the area has to offer. The house itself has such a unique, artsy charm that we absolutely love. It’s cozy, clean, and surrounded by natural beauty—every time we visit, we find ourselves immediately relaxed. As always MC was so sweet and affectionate, he’s become a highlight of our trips and we always look forward to seeing him! The host is consistently responsive and thoughtful, which makes the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay—highly recommend this special place!

This is like a beautiful farmhouse. The views are amazing. We have seen geese, a raccoon, an opossum, herons, egrets, and lots of different types of birds, including the elusive Painted Bunting. My favorite though is the Osprey. We have literally seen it several times dive down, and come up with a fish in his talons. You won’t find a better place to relax. We had a couple hiccups, but Evan was quick to respond, and dealt with it very professionally. If I had to change anything it would be the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have an overhead light, just a table lamp. That really wasn’t a big deal, but I found myself reaching for a switch, as I walked in just out of habit. There is an Italian restaurant beside the house, that smells wonderful. We plan on visiting, before we leave the area.
