Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed together with a day bed that opens to two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, kitchen and a 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by.

The Wooden House, a quiet, rural retreat.....

Set on our family working farm in the New Forest National park, The Wooden House is the perfect place to relax and recharge, surrounded by nature. Beautiful views over fields and woodland, with an abundance of wildlife on the doorstep! On the outskirts of the village of Sway, with local shops, pubs, cafe & railway. Located behind our farmhouse, with private parking. Ideally situated close to the beautiful New Forest & coast, with the Georgian town of Lymington approx 4mls away.

Rushcroft Shepherds Hut

A beautiful and tastefully equipped Shepherds Hut in a stunning position with lovely views over the farm, located within the unique New Forest National Park where ponies roam free. Enjoy fabulous sunsets and breakfasts from the deck with a fire pit. Tranquil and rural but having the convenience of the village with great pubs, cafe, local shops and the train station, providing good connections with London and local villages, all this only a few minutes walk from the farm.

Hackney Park Coach House

Hackney Park is situated in a commanding setting adjoining the New Forest. Comfortable, small and cosy accommodation, well equipped. Ideal location for touring and walking - lots of interesting places to visit. The internet is not great here in the Forest but is always accessible by using the conservatory on the front of the main house which is always open. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement. Yaverland Barn in the heart of the New Forest

Yaverland barn is a cosy self contained annex room with ensuite shower and kitchenette. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Tiptoe within the beautiful and picturesque New Forest.
