Fabulous place to stay, had all we needed. Beautiful area of the country.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

Myself and my family absolutely LOVED the place! So welcoming and easy to find, lots of stuff for adults and kids, everything a short drive away and lovely walks, and will be booking very soon for another break! Thank you!

We had a blissful few days at Flint cottage. Wonderful kitchen to cook in, and multiple fabulous farm shops nearby. We ordered a heat and eat pie and a DIY breakfast pack for our first night, which made the start of the holiday so much more chilled out. The outdoor bath was also really special. We were so comfortable throughout we just relaxed completely. Can’t wait to come back!

The Beach House in Southbourne provided us with everything that we needed for a perfect family holiday. The house has a spectacular view of the sea, with SOBO Beach access only metres away. The houses itself provides all of the amenities any family could want to have an enjoyable stay. Bathroom to bedroom ratio, safe suitable parking, a swimming pool,a hot tub with sea views, mini golf, a games room and chill out zone, and much more. The property is ideally situated near local shops,cafes pubs and restaurants. The Beach House is perfectly located for day trips to Swanage, Corfe Castle,Sandbanks,Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all of our enquiries. Excellent location, car needed but it’s possible to walk to a good pub for dinner. Very peaceful area

The cottage was a beautiful and peaceful place to be at the end of the day after a long walk. Clare made us feel welcome with little things such as milk in the fridge, butter and jam, biscuits…etc. It feels very homely, clean and welcoming. As soon as I stepped in I didn’t want to leave the place! Great location too with cafés close by to have breakfast or lunch and places for drinks and dinner. We had the opportunity to check in early and leave later which made our stay longer, which was well appreciated. I would recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed at Julia’s air BnB with another family of 4, in total 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 babies. It was one of, if not the best equipped air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. Julia was really responsive and helpful. We stayed here so we could take our toddlers to peppa pig world, it’s a 30 minute drive and we also went to Moors Valley which was also a great day out for adults and the kids! Have already recommended to others and would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

A truly special place. The pictures actually don’t do justice to how spacious it is, and how immaculate and well thought out it is, and the Wind in the Willows theme works perfectly in the peaceful surroundings of the riverbank. It’s a really calming and cosy place, and sitting eating breakfast by the riverbank was a joy. The spa bathroom is an extra treat on top. Chris and Judy were extremely proactive and we arrived fully informed with local recommendations and everything was easy to check in and out. We met Judy on the second day who very kindly greeted us and gave us more tips on things to do nearby. We hope one day to return!

Fabulous home. Perfect for our family holiday as you can all spread out to different areas, and also large enough to all enjoy spaces together. Our toddler and my father absolutely loved the garden. It’s the perfect size, and so peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed the Games room (really fun with the neon lights and disco lights on whilst playing Pacman! ) and my mum loved playing the piano in there. My Gran enjoyed snoozing in the sunroom. All spotlessly clean. Beds all comfy. Great there’s a twin room and toilet/ shower room downstairs as that worked well for my Gran so she didn’t have to negotiate the stairs. Brilliant location just a few minutes away from the village or seafront. Excellent communication throughout. Thank you for a gorgeous stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Milford-on-Sea. Our host was very welcoming and responsive to all our queries both before and during our stay. The property was well stocked with everything you could possibly need as well as being spotless and comfortable with incredible views. The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from the local village and pub, which is perfect for an evening meal, as well as the view of the Needles from the coast, which is breathtaking and perfect for a stroll. Other highlights include Hurst castle, Beaulieu and the New Forest itself. Milford was the perfect centre point for so many great activities and walks with plenty of information and maps included in the property. The garden was such a peaceful place to relax after a long day exploring and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking as well. Overall, we could not have asked for a better property, host or location and would certainly return here again. Thank you so much for having us!

Lovely cottage, full of character with well equipped kitchen and spotless throughout. The check-in was very easy and flexible. The host was proactive with communications. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Details: - Local amenities are good: a Tesco 50 yards away, a pub 30 yards away, a chemist opposite. - It's a 15 min walk into town. - The bedrooms were lovely and immaculate but the beds are small doubles so may not suit all couples. - The driveway is for a single car only, but there is plenty of parking on the street or a car park 20 yards away. - The host provided milk, tea, coffee & bread which was a nice touch.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. Simon has provided everything that you might need and more! A deck with a grill, bikes to borrow and a well equipped kitchen too. The pub across the street is a great place for a meal and the village has shops including the fabulous Sway butchers.

An absolutely beautiful home with outstanding facilities - our stay was perfect from start to finish. Gemma was incredibly helpful and attentive in the lead up. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We had taken our two Granddaughter's away for the weekend, the location could not been better, less than 30 seconds walk to the leisure center, yet not noisy at all. car parking was a dream opposite the accommodation. everything was clean and tidy, kitchen had all you needed to prepare meals, the girls didn't want to leave the little house as they called it. and want to go back with Mum and Dad, thanks for a fabulous few days. Holly Cottage is beautiful. We enjoyed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The cottage is really comfortable and peaceful. The hot tub was fabulous and thankfully without the strong chemical smell and feel you get with some. The open plan living area and kitchen provides a great space for cooking and chatting. The location is also superb. Easy walk to village and beautiful places for dog walking. Zoe was responsive throughout our booking and we would not hesitate to stay in her wonderful house again.

We had a great little holiday at Charlotte's place. If this town is where you want to be then I would thoroughly recommend it. The house was perfect for four of us. It is very clean and uncluttered. There is also a nice secluded garden to relax in with a coffee if the weather fine. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We had some beautiful country walks on the coast. Thanks for a great stay.

The caravan was very well equipped for us and our baby. The main bedroom was bigger than I thought and the fact we had two bathrooms was a bonus! Bit of a squeeze in the second bedroom with our travel cot - I think you’d struggle in here with 2 older children. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The facilities on site were great for the little one - nightly entertainment, arcade, soft play, and the swimming pools! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, even allowing us a late checkout as we wanted to make the most of our last day! We’d definitely return.

We had a really lovely stay here. The place was spotless and was even nicer than the photos. Great place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Peppa Pig World. There’s a Waitrose just a few minutes drive away which is super handy. Would highly recommend!
