The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

Nestled amongst trees behind the yard you can sit and enjoy the a stunning view of the rolling fields, and if you are lucky you might catch a glimpse of the deer. In the summer you can enjoy watching horses and tractors in the fields below. There is an enclosed garden with a fire pit (subject to weather), table and chairs. There is a fridge, toaster and kettle, and tea, coffee and snacks left in the kitchen.

Set in our lovely garden on a quiet no through road, just outside of town. Well equipped kitchen and smart TV. Free off road parking. It takes about 20 min to walk into town. If you are into wild swimming or paddle boarding, we are 45 mins away from lake 32. We are unable to cater for infants, children or pets.
