The Cottage at The Old Rectory, Oaksey
The Cottage at The Old Rectory, Oaksey is a one bedroom self catering cottage with widespread views of the Cotswold countryside. Ideally situated in the grounds of the main house it provides a great balance between privacy and the use of the gardens. It has one double bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a lounge, kitchen with small breakfast area and a bathrrom fitted with a walkin shower. Local towns are Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury with great access to the full Cotswold offering.

At the centre of one of the South Cotswolds’ most charming riverside villages, The Stables is a newly refurbished and interior designed two bedroomed cottage (allowing 4 guests maximum, including babies in cots), with private garden, EV charger and complimentary off street private parking. Historic Lechlade-on-Thames is the perfect base from which to explore the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and its picturesque hamlets, villages and towns like Bibury, Burford and Cirencester.

The Annex
The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Bungalow next to Country Park
Enjoy your time at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in a private south-facing garden with full access to a tennis court and basketball hoop. The Bungalow is neighbouring a 100 acres country park known as Coate Water Nature Reserve. Within the 100 acres are a lake, woodland, including an arboretum and many walking and cycling trails. Also within walking distance of the Bungalow are shops and a popular Local Pub. Old Town, Cinemas and the Swindon Outlet village are all close by.

The North Transept
The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway in the beautiful South Cotswolds. The Annexe is a separate dwelling next to an architecturally award winning contemporary house located in a quiet village. The larch clad property has an industrial, boho meets the Cotswold vibe with its own private wild flower garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Excellent location for walking, running and cycling. Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

Anthracite Annex
A stylish self contained annexe next to owners home, in South Cerney. The village has all the amenities such as two shops, three pubs serving good food, post office, chemist, takeaway Indian and chip shop. The village is close to the historic town of Cirencester and other famous attractions in the Cotswolds as well as the Spa town of Cheltenham. The property is ideally situated to make the most of the Cotswold water park and it’s facilities as well as numerous walks and cycle paths.

Place to stay in Swindon
A private, bright and airy Annexe attached to our home, which is suitable for 2/3 adults or children. The Sty is in the perfect location to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. The A419, A420, and M4 are all within easy driving distance. You can be in the town centre or The McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in 10 minutes, Cirencester in 15 minutes, Lechlade and Fairford (ideal for the Air Show) in 20 minutes. And only a 45-minute drive to Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Oxford.

The Old Bakery At The Grange
Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
