Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Świnoujście

We had a wonderful vacation in Bernd's Kielhus. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need to have a relaxing time. The apartment extends over 3 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. It is very spacious, comfortably furnished and fabulously complemented by Kerstin's art objects. The terrace is fantastic as you can watch the breathtaking sunsets from there. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance overlooking the Achterwasser. By bike, you can reach the beach of Kölpinsee in 10 minutes and otherwise the island can be explored very comfortably by bike and train. For larger purchases, we think you need a car, as the nearest supermarket and good bakeries are about 4 km away. Communication with Bernd and Kerstin went smoothly and was very warm. We will be back!!!

We stayed here twice and absolutely loved it both times! The apartment is cozy, super clean, and has everything you need. Aleksandra is incredibly kind and thoughtful — she even left us homemade treats and little surprises. And her pets are adorable! Felt like home. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 6 nights with friends in Anni's house and felt very comfortable. Lovingly furnished and everything sparkling clean.. The only drawback: it's called Fischerdorf, but unfortunately you can't get directly to the water. Either directly to the Baltic Sea for swimming or to Kamminke beach. It didn't bother us much, as we explored the island by bike anyway. House ANNI is highly recommended, we had a nice time there. We give it 5 hearts.

Simply: perfect. Home. Area. Beach. Communication with the Owner. The silence was only embellished by the birds' singing. We return rested. And we already dream of returning. Ms. Urszula, Thank you for your hospitality and support.

Thank you, Iwona, for letting us use your house. Everything was great from the start, the short walk to the beach was also very quiet and relaxing. Fortunately, it only rained one day and then it was very cozy behind the house. Pure tranquility. This is what a short trip should be like.

A few more great days. We were now with the family for the second time in the house after 3.5 years, this time in the summer. The large terrace to the garden is wonderful, the children romped through the huge garden and the house remains a jewel, you feel so incredibly comfortable and everything is available. Markus and Karsten have incredible taste and love for detail, receive many details in advance also for excursions and restaurants. The two hosts leave no question unanswered and are immediately available - thank you! It's hard to say goodbye to the house, but we'll definitely see you again next time.

We were very happy with the place. Above all, the garden, the hobby room and the sauna were a highlight. Small repairs would be recommended (leaky faucet in the kitchen). Thank you!

We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything you could ever need in terms of amenities. The location is really great: quiet and located in the middle of the forest. The apartment above us was also inhabited, but you really don't get anything about it. The highlight was the private sauna. But it takes about half an hour to heat up, but then it will also keep warm for half an hour after the time has elapsed! We can 100% recommend the apartment and will be back for sure!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was there! (enough dishes, tabs for the dishwasher, cloths, dishwashing detergent) The beds were very good. The apartment is quiet, close to the forest that leads to the beach. We'd love to come back. At check-in we had to search for the key box a bit, but for us it was not so clear and it was dark...! :-) The communication with Nick was very good and he was very accommodating to us! Thank you very much!

The accommodation was truly clean — not just on the surface, but genuinely spotless. It offered more than just the basic amenities, with thoughtful extras that made the stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, perfect for relaxing. Access to the beach was excellent; it was just a short walk to a clean and beautiful shore. A car is advantageous in the somewhat separate location, but of course we were aware of that. .... We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Beautiful, brightly furnished apartment, very suitable for a family with 2 children. The location is great if you have some peace and not want to stay right on the promenade. Everything important can be reached on foot.

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.
