Waterfront holiday rentals in Świnoujście

We had a very nice weekend. The apartment is brand new and the amenities are great. We felt very comfortable. The path to the beach is right outside the door and it only takes 2 minutes to enjoy white sand and the sea.

The place is really great. Modernly furnished, bright, beautiful and quiet. Oliwia provided us - without us having to ask - with a baby bed, which we really thought was great! The bathroom is really awesome! A huge bathtub 🛀 💖 The kitchen was also very nice, my personal highlight was the super cute toaster with leopard pattern 🤣💘 All in one - we will book again when we go to Swinemünde! Best regards,

The place was really great. Great location, a stone's throw to the beach and promenade, yet quiet. Communication with the operators and service staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone is very helpful and communicative. In our apartment, the bathroom was already very outdated (tiles broken, shower yellowed and the shower door difficult to close). In addition, there was no microwave (which made warming up porridge and the like a little more difficult) and the pots and pans should be replaced. In addition, a vacuum cleaner or sweeping set would make a longer stay a little easier. But all this is whining at a high level. We really enjoyed the stay and recommend the place.

The apartment with large garden met our expectations and gave us a pleasant stay in Dziwnów. The hosts always proactively sought contact and were really very eager to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Which we were at all times! What we really liked was the private and very well-maintained complex and that our dog was also warmly welcomed. We will be happy to come back :-)

The accommodation was truly clean — not just on the surface, but genuinely spotless. It offered more than just the basic amenities, with thoughtful extras that made the stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, perfect for relaxing. Access to the beach was excellent; it was just a short walk to a clean and beautiful shore. The host was very responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... Our time in Altwarp with Heike and Hartmut was wonderful: The area, the nature there is really fantastic (Feenwald etc. :)…Heike & Hartmut's place fit in perfectly there: Very clean, nicely decorated and with a personal touch. We were able to relax and feel very comfortable there… the view of the water from the chair, interesting books. I would especially like to thank Hartmut & Heike for their helpfulness and kindness: It was very nice with and among you! And we will definitely come back, best regards, Anna.

We had an amazing time with our 3 teenage daughters and dog. The house was comfortable, well designed and cozy. Plus, the extra comforts for our dog (a bed, dog blanket and extra bowls) were much appreciated. We had such a wonderful time as family and a very restful vacation.

We were 5 adults and 4 children and had a nice time in the accommodation. The sea can be reached in about 45 minutes on foot, a supermarket almost directly opposite. Thanks again :)

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

A few more great days. We were now with the family for the second time in the house after 3.5 years, this time in the summer. The large terrace to the garden is wonderful, the children romped through the huge garden and the house remains a jewel, you feel so incredibly comfortable and everything is available. Markus and Karsten have incredible taste and love for detail, receive many details in advance also for excursions and restaurants. The two hosts leave no question unanswered and are immediately available - thank you! It's hard to say goodbye to the house, but we'll definitely see you again next time.

It was a nice relaxing holiday... but you have to go to the smoked fish hut on Fridays... so if only a few days, then Friday has to be included. The location is idyllic and the harbor or beach is within walking distance.

All as described, very nice and modern. positively surprised. Always happy to come back when we are on Usedom.

The house is large, beautiful and above all very clean. The amenities are amazing, there was nothing missing. The view of the water, the nature all around - a dream! The communication with Thomas was really 1A, very very fun. We would always come back! Book this house! It's worth it!

It was a really very nice holiday! The place was absolutely classy and very quiet! Everything was super clean! The concept on site is super thoughtful! The local contact persons were always very helpful and gave good tips for excursions, etc.! We will be happy to come back!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Swinemünde is always worth a trip, even with a longer journey!! We spent our summer vacation in Świnoujście this year, and rented a great apartment here from Iza through Airbnb. The apartment is located directly on the harbor with great views of the ships and there on the 4th floor everything is great to see, especially beautiful sunset on the balcony. The entrance to the house is in the back we were a little confused at first, but Iza's brother and dad welcomed and instructed us great. Parking is sufficiently available in the backyard, the apartment is very clean and equipped with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen with attached large living room. Everything you need to have a great time in Swinemünde is there. Communication with Iza and her family is flawless, German, English, Russian, all no problem. Iza gave us many more recommendations for our trip, we looked at everything Swinemünde definitely worth seeing. We will be back!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Really a wonderful place to stay with great views of the sea and quiet location. The two bathrooms and the size make the apartment comfortable and it is absolutely sufficient for a family with 2 children🙂. We'll be back for sure 👍

A really very nice apartment, quietly located, away from the large tourist centers on Usedom, therefore very well suited for relaxing, very original and stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the accommodation.
