Cottage holiday rentals in Swiss Alps

We had a wonderful stay, and the hostesses always responded fast to our questions. I can recommend the house for everyone. Our do enjoyed the garden a lot.

Great little very cozy cottage with a very nice spa after a long day. Very nice and warm hosts who scramble to make your stay pleasant. I would highly recommend it!

We stayed 2 nights in this oasis of peace! The apartment is nicely furnished, everything is very clean and very fragrant! The outside is a dream! We and our dog will definitely be back!!!

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

We enjoyed our stay at Angelique's place. The place was very modern and nicely decorated and well equipped for a recreational getaway. Unfortunately, there is only poor network coverage and no Wi-Fi, although it is not bad, but you should know. :) Otherwise everything tiptop, we thank you for the hospitality.

We had a great week at this cottage. Nothing to say about the installation, everything is as described, all the amenities are available. It is very well located, the shuttle to the ski resorts is right on the side of the road, the nearby town makes it easy to shop and there are many activities to do within an hour's drive. Great place, beautiful views of the mountains. All green and occasional visits from chamois. We had a great, chill time. Very close to nearby lakes and hiking trails too. The house has everything you may need, full kitchen. The only downside is the steep road up to the house from the village but we got used to it after the first few times. They fertilized the surrounding fields during our visit so if you’re going in May, maybe better to ask before booking as it smells for an entire day:)

The Host was precise, punctual, and very kind. The home is beautiful, clean, super-equipped, wonderful and well-maintained garden. The indoor and indoor car parking is also very much appreciated. The area is beautiful, surrounded by greenery , with a breathtaking view. Highly recommended.

If you want to disconnect from your routine and escape alone in nature, this place is perfect for you! It is surrounded by a beautiful forest with a view on the mountains. I would advise you to consider this mountain hut more as a shelter as you might spend most of your time outside (the interior is quite dark and not that clean). Stefano was really kind and responsive if we had any question! (And by the way, there is a super new compost toilet)

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

We had a truly wonderful stay (6 nights) at this beautiful house — just the two of us and our dog — and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property is surrounded by a stunning, fragrant rose garden that invites you to slow down and breathe it all in. It’s incredibly peaceful, yet you’re just a short drive from the local village and Domodossola, making it the ideal balance of nature and convenience. Kali and Ken are amazing hosts — warm, welcoming, and generous in sharing their little piece of paradise. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. On sunny days, relaxing in the garden feels like a dream, and on rainy days, the cozy couch is the perfect spot to curl up with a book. Our dog also had the time of her life, enjoying the vast grounds and proudly watching over everything. Huge thanks to Kali and Ken for creating and sharing such a magical place. We’d love to come back!

A very pleasant stay in a green and very peaceful environment! Marco and Maria immediately made us feel at home. The space was seamlessly equipped. In fact, it seemed much bigger than we had imagined from the photos! We would recommend it without hesitation!

It was gorgeous! The accommodation was extremely beautiful & renovated with great attention to detail. The amenities exceeded our expectations. Many small details (e.g. the kitchen, which is also equipped with some fresh ingredients) immediately make you feel at home. I can only highly recommend the Staghorn. Our children (6 & 7) loved it too. Pure relaxation!

The little cottage was perfect for our short stay. We really felt like we were in paradise! Everything we needed was available, the reception was very warm and uncomplicated, our inquiries were always responded to promptly. The house is a real treasure trove, lovingly furnished and decorated and simply wonderfully located. The hosts are uncomplicated, quick to respond and very friendly! Highly recommended!

We had a magical few days at this wonderful house. Outstanding and quick communication from Debora and so, so easy to make ourselves at home. We could not have picked a better location on the Lake for getting around from and....my goodness.....the views from the property are breathtaking! Our stay in this cozy cottage was fantastic! It is a cozy and atmospheric place where we could completely relax: a last holiday for the two of us before our little one makes our travels even more adventurous. Urs and Sibylle were also super friendly and we always got a super quick answer to all our questions. In a word: GREAT!

The view from the terrace is outstanding! 😊 I felt very comfortable and above all welcome from the beginning. This place is highly recommended! The contact with the landlords was very friendly and warm from the beginning. No question went unanswered. I got great tips for hikes and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity of the house start great hiking trails, among other things, to two waterfalls! Thank you for the great time! 🤗

We were here for the second time. Beautiful quiet apartment a little away from the mainstream tourism of Lake Maggiore but still everything very quickly accessible

Claudia was so helpful throughout our whole holiday! The place looked bigger than appeared in the pictures and was so private. We had a couple of troubles with ants however we were given clear instructions on how to get rid of them. The house was a short walk from the centre of Como where there are many amazing restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here and we had an amazing time!
