This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. Ein Haus für sich alleine. Wer will das nicht. Das Haus liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe über dem Tal. Das Haus ist noch fast im Zustand wie 1793 erbaut. Ideal für Nostalgiker. Das Haus liegt ca. 5 min Fussmarsch vom Parkplatz entfernt. Transport für Gepäck und Lebensmittel/Getränke wird während der Check-in-Zeit organisiert. Beim Erstbesuch gehen wir gemeinsam zum Haus, da der Holzherd und Ofen erklärungsbedürftig sind.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
