Studio Filio is a luxury house 150 meters from the sea Balti, in Sithonia, Halkidiki. It is surrounded by greenery and the beach has a magnificent view of Mount Athos. Located 7km from Sarti & 6km from Sykia. In the area there is a Tavern (100 meters), 2 beach bars & super market (1km). Sarti is a coastal village with a pedestrian street around a rocky bay, where bars and taverns fill people in the summer. In August 15 there is the feast of the Virgin Mary.

We're Efi and Natasha. Our parents, Eleftherios and Maria, (hence the name EleMar), loved this place deeply. A love they managed to pass on to us. So we created EleMar Home with respect for the environment and minimal human intervention, as you will see. You can enjoy your drink or meal under the shade of the trees, along with the birdsong. The location combines mountain, sea and lots of greenery.

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Parking is free near the accommodation and without much difficulty.
